Waited for an hour and 20 mins for the food to turn up and taste like rubber. however when phoned to make a complaint as the food tasted as if it had actually been reheated was told from the chief no they were not, and to take them to any restraunt to prove they had been reheated and that it was different chips they had used ????. Definitely won't be ordering from there again, there new chips taste disgusting

I will never order from king cone again, Are not serious or placed an order at 19:50 and the delivery said to stay at my house around 20: 30- 20:55 the order never arrived I do not pretend to eat after 10 minutes but after an hour and a half I think a person who paid should have the service, instead at 9.15pm I called and was told that the order was with the driver and that it was coming. to premise that I live 5 minutes by car from king cone, and after 25 minutes I call back and I am told that they are full but the order is on the way, moral of the story or requested a refund because after 2 and a half hours I have not eaten nothing and even had the courage to call the driver who said they were taking him and I refused. bad service and seriousness

Having to reduce review score as I've ordered a number of times and I won't be using them in future. Every time I order I have been called to change at least one item as its unavailable. Once was fine but this is every single time now.

Delivery times have taken over an hour every time (for ice cream!!!)

Last order had one item changed again (I've cream flavour) after a call but when it arrived we received two blue slushes when we'd ordered mixed ice blasts - change not communicated.

One star for friendliness of staff, and one for the quality of the items we do receive but really needs a lot of work on selection availability and delivery times.

Absolute joke of a place order and waited 3 hours and still hasnt arrived they are clised now so cant get in contact so have basically just robbed £25 well done

Got 2 x 8 scoops. Ordered nutella, Ferrero rocher, chocolate fudge brownie and Scottish tablet and my partner ordered his. Received it n it's tasteless received vanilla, n a think is chocolate with random bits. Not happy won't be ordering again because clearly they don't know which ice cream is which!

Not impressed what so ever!!!! Ordered £15 worth of items from a deal thing and missing pick and mix! the pick and mix isn't a pick and mix 3 different sweets in the packet that was it more so rainbow strips more than anything. The so called large tango ice blast was a small and only had cherry!!!

So not what it was. Ordered 2 waffles, felt like they had been warmed in a microwave. Ordered strawberries - none available but got delivery anyway without. Won't order again.

My family and grandsons love king Kong.Weve frequented this place lots.amazing choice of ice cream, hot pancakes and large cakes.lots more.well worth a visit.only have small amount of seating.You can have takeaway or delivery.
