Do not come to this place!! First the man rushed my pedicure it literally took him less then 10 minutes and they charge $50!! Come to find out he rushed it due to me having my son with me, who is 5 and is VERY well behaved! Then after my service the lady proceeds to come to me and told me not to come next time if he is with me. I politely told her I will NEVER be back I couldn’t even enjoy it due to it only lasting 10 minutes all due to my son who sat in the chair on the tablet and barely said a word the entire time. Apparently this place is not single mom friendly so I would recommend you take your business elsewhere!!
I went to get a full set and pedicure here for the first time. My service was decent while my friend experienced terrible customer service. She kept saying gel polish does not last on her toes, by the time she walked out of the building the entire toe polish peeled OFF. On top of that, the nails are bulky and the manager refuses to fix the service without a discounted rate. Ongoing issues kept arising while trying to resolve the issue at hand. All in all, the business delivered poor customer service and I feel for anyone who comes into this place. My advice to you is be aware of the money hungry employees that rush the service you are paying for.
I walked in at 4:35 pm and was greeted promptly and courteously. The nail tech quickly came and began working. He was very quick, gentle and pleasant. My previous experiences with pedicures have left me in pain upon completion. Nathan did not cause any pain even with my split nail. I would recommend him and King Nail Spa.

Poor customer service and the manager doesn't care. The employee who did my nails today mis understood what design I asked him for. He became very irritated from the beginning and rushed through my service. I asked for a design that had lines...the pic I showed him had a few nails that were ombre and encapsulated but I didn't want those...just the line design. He still argued me down to his manager that I wanted another set. I just told him do the fill in no polish or design...I left & went somewhere else where they honored my request. He had the nerve to ask me if I liked my nails after clearly doing nothing i asked. He basicallytried to force me to get gel polish or dip (neither of which i asked for...i had to tell him no more than once) ..I told him no paid for the poor job he did and walked out. I advised the manager I will not return he just shrugged. They don't care about the language barrier or your wishes as a customer they just rush you in and out. I told the manager I got a design from them three weeks ago with lines . He just continued to repeat whst the tech told him. My only regret is I should NEVER have returned here after Kenny cut my thumb with the drill. And they never instruct you to was your hands during your service. The manager shrugged when I advised him of this as well. Go here at your own risk.
First of all, the nail techs my sister and I had, did not know when to stop when it came to up selling. We asked for one thing and it’s okay to try once or twice, but they were asking way to much. I payed extra for gel, and my matte was peeled in 2 days. They also painted my sisters nails matte. It didn’t work and they just left her to dry. She had to ask for it to be fixed by a different nail tech. The man at the front desk was great, everything else was terrible. I get my nails done at least once a month, I would rather have paid more and had it be nice and last. Just go to POSH

This spa is like an oasis in the middle of a cement strip mall. My mother and I came here to get pedicures together. I called ahead to make sure they could fit us in and do our nails at the same time. Sure enough, when we walked in they immediately sat us right next to each other. The decor is absolutely beautiful. It is very tastefully done and everything matches. They even have a bar with wine and assorted alcoholic beverages. The chairs are some of the best massage chairs I have ever sat in, and I left feeling like a professional had rubbed the knots right out! The pedicure tech herself was very professional and my nails were impeccably done. She massaged my legs and feet for a long time, and was very detailed on my nails. The tv's were on a nature channel and instrumental music was on in the background. It was so much more enjoyable than hearing a tv blaring. Overall, I would recommend this nail salon to anyone. It was about 5 dollars more expensive than other places but you pay for the experience and decor. SO worth it.
