Best TL Reviews

We ordered a pie and chips and haddock and chips. They bagged up the fish and chips and handed it over. We only realised when we got home that half the order was missing. They did not pick up our calls, though the shop was still open according to published times.
My husband has run back to sort out the issue and they have closed early!!!
Utterly disgusted that a business can be so casual about its customer base. With businesses trying to survive at the moment, I hardly think this one is worthy of our concern.
Just ordered pie & chips, saveloy x 2 & large chips battered mushrooms which were actually breaded £31.80 absolutely disgusting never again will I order from there waste of money! Chips dry looked like we got the dregs, pie wasn’t hot, Saveloys were over cooked not happy ????
Fish & Chips are great in this takeaway but I've found the service isn't as good as it used to be because there was a constant stream of delivery drivers coming in for orders. I realise takeaway businesses have had to adapt in recent times which is a shame but I will return and would recommend the food here.
Possibly the most expensive fish and chip shop I've ever been in! 2 pie and chips, 1 battered sausage and 2 buttered rolls £18.40! It wouldn't have been so bad if the product was worth it but the chips were dry and stuck to the paper they use to line the boxes, the pies were microwaved for so long that the meat inside dried out and the pastry was hard. Even the rolls weren't fresh and soft. The only saving grace was the battered sausage which was just about passable. Safe to say I won't be frequenting this establishment again.
Amazing fish and chips, the staff are so lovely and kind, always fresh food. I would recommend this place.
Don’t go here, ordered £18.60 worth of food and it didn’t turn up when I tried to contact them I couldn’t get though after 20 plus attempts still nothing worst service can’t pick up a phone
Well its a best fish and chip shop in the world I learned so much things about how clean and tidy its very tidy and I tried fish well I LOVE IT And I recommend EVERYONE TO GO THERE ????❤️
Best fish and chip in Portsmouth (maybe the best I had in the UK). Generous portions, the fish is perfectly cooked and chips are fresh and homemade. The service is also welcoming and warm
