I discovered Kloud 9 just a few weeks ago. I really like them. I like the way they have things set up. They come out to your car and get your baby dog and then return them to you. I was really impressed. Love the way she groomed my pup. The staff is very nice. I have been to a few groomers in Knoxville and have some trust issues as a result of my experiences. I feel very comfortable with the staff at Kloud 9

my son takes his pets to this place and when I needed a groomer then he told me about cloud nine and told me to ask for Brooke (she does his pets) I can say this, Brooke does a amazing job and even though I have not had mine with the other staff members but these people are amazing and so friendly. I so recommend anyone to check this Grooming and spa place out!! They come out to your vehicle and greet you with a smile and their personality is so energetic and they love their job. Five stars definitely! ????

Owner is amazing...we’ve been going here since she first opened the doors. True animal lover (has her own rescue dogs), very kind and patient...we have 3 dogs and one of them is very difficult to groom (anger issues). She has never turned us away. Her staff is also amazing...they truly care about your pets. Can’t beat her prices & quality. We will be lifetime customers!

I called them ahead of time, and they gave me an estimate to have our dog's nails trimmed. Then, they gave us a certain time to be there. We were instructed to bring paperwork, and verifications for all shots etc... Once we got there, we waited for 20 mins without anyone meeting us. The sign says to stay in the car, do not walk your dogs, and we were supposed to leave them and come back later. We decided to leave because, we're not going to just trust anyone to handle our dog. Especially during the first visit.

All of our dogs have gone here for bathing and haircuts. Staff is the greatest, and wonderfull with our dog. Best pupper beauty parlor there is.

Love this place. They truly love your pet and seem to also love their job. We've struggled getting the cut we wanted for our golden doodle at other groomers but they get it exactly right and listen to what you're wanting. Highly recommend.

I have been looking for a local pet groomer who I can not only trust that my dog will be in good hands with but will also do an amazing job! My Scout looks absolutely perfect and I’m so happy w/ his groom! Would highly recommend Kloud 9!
