My appointment time was promptly honored. The gentleman who did my nails was friendly and courteous. His technique was flawless and the time it took him from start to finish was impressive. Will definitely return.
Just moved down to NC from NY and needed desperately to get a fill in and pedi. Not familiar with this area I relied on google reviews. I decided to give this place a try despite the negative reviews simply because of its location and the pics of other clients weren’t (horrible) like other nail salons.
We phoned in to make an appt maybe 3 days ahead of time . Got there at the scheduled time. All went well. Mommy & I did not wait long, we were both serviced by Minty, and I think the gentleman’s name was Nick. Stephanie was a sweetheart and did our brows ( no complaint there) . So the natural nails in the pic was Mommy with gel/overlay/tips this job was done on Tuesday 10/19/21 @12:00pm . My nails green cat eye coffin fill in was done the same day/time. So yeah you tell me…Today as I write this review it is Friday 10/22/21 @5:36 pm . Total we paid $160.00 that included a $20 tip.
Needless to say Mommy nor myself are happy with the mani/pedi/overlay/tip/fillin job or should I say (lack there of). So for obvious reasons we will not patronize this salon again. We believe if you’re going to spend your money, time, resources you should be fully satisfied and we are not. I really wanted to write a positive review but…. It just couldn’t happen. Hopefully your experience will be a better one than ours was. Also this was our very 1st time at this location.
If you want a $20 manicure that takes 20 minutes and lasts 1 day before chipping, this is for you. If you want a relaxing spa feeling where the nail technicians actually give you a quality experience, look elsewhere.
They didn’t trim or shape my cuticles at all, causing some gel polish to be applied inconsistently and adding to the already lopsided filing they did. My nails were also extremely rough even after they were “done”, I accidentally scratched my fiancé with them! The gel applied is also inconsistent, you can see the tops and bottoms of my nails are thinly coated while the middles are chunky.
Also, they chipped within 24hrs of getting them done: got them done at ~11am Saturday, woke up Sunday with chipped nails, and no I didn’t do anything that should’ve chipped a nail!
You don’t even get any lotion applied to your hands or any niceties, they just get you in and out ASAP. Which is fine if you’re in a rush and you only need you nails to look good for one day, but I was hoping for more. Overall, disappointed but you get what you pay for I guess
The nail salon looks sketchy. Ricky did my nails. And I am very unhappy with my nails. He cut my finger nails and lied about the color. So this was my first and last trip to their salon. And I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else.

Went to get my nails done with my cousin. When she told them they couldn't use latex gloves because she's allergic, the woman got an attitude and then threw the gloves down saying something in another language. I had already started my nails but once she complained, the guy basically sped through my nails and did a horrible job. They're not quite even, don't go back far enough, has little splotches where he didn't care to apply polish properly, and looked like they were gonna peel off within a few hours of getting them.
I went here earlier today. I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed. I was greeted at the door and asked what type of service I wanted. I signed in and took a seat in the back near the brow area as suggested. I waited for over 30 minutes just for them to take someone who just walked in before me.
I started to say something, but I just walked back up the front, crossed my name out, and left. Not returning.
Great and fast service didn’t have to wait, only thing I was disappointed about was they didn’t have me wash my hand and scrub under my nails when they got done placing the nails, cutting and sizing down. Other than that I was very satisfied with the service I received. Thank you!!!!
