Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, like any other restaurant, has its strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. Let's delve into them further below:

Weaknesses:

2. Poor Service: Despite positive comments on good service, one customer expresses disappointment with his dad's wait time during curbside pickup. The workers seemingly standing idly suggests a weakness in the handling of rush hours or busy periods.
3. Poor Food Preparation: Another customer complains about the hard and dark fries, making them inedible. This indicates a weakness in food preparation and suggests a need for improvement in the cooking process.
4. Hygiene Concerns: A complaint about an employee's hygiene habits, specifically a finger in the nose and not wearing gloves, brings attention to a potential weakness in maintaining proper hygiene and compliance with food safety regulations.
5. Inefficient Pick-up Process: One customer finds it unnecessary for an employee to stand outside to hand over the food, especially in unfavorable weather conditions. This highlights a weakness in their pick-up process and raises questions about efficiency.
In conclusion, Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers possesses strengths in its delicious chicken strips, good service, clean oil usage, efficient staff, and larger chicken finger size. However, weaknesses in inconsistent food quality, poor service at times, subpar food preparation, hygiene concerns, and an inefficient pick-up process should be addressed to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

My dad waited 10 min when i did a order cubside pick up ! The food was not hot and fresh and it was cold. The workers were just standing there. Cars were coming and going as he stayed in the car waiting. All they gave was extra sauce as if this helped with the poor service.
*Good Service* *Delicious Chicken Strips* I would definitely recommend this location.
They use clean oil and the Manager was very friendly and re-cooked my food because I asked for everything to be well done and my chicken seemed to be under cooked and my fries were also mushy. When I went in and showed them they re made my food and the second time was better.
Absolutely love canes... I could eat this 4 times a week... never had a bad experience at any of them.
Was late pulling in late last night was treated fantastic knowing thet were ready to go home
One of the workers I think her name kieah she is nasty every time I go thier her finger in her nose and she doesn’t wear gloves
Normally the food is great, my son want to go yesterday at 10 am. The fries were hard and crunchy, hard and dark. I couldn't even enjoy my good. I spent 36.00 and none of us were able to eat the fries. I couldn't even eat my food bc I have to eat both together. I just threw the food away.
The food is fine, just what you would expect from any Cane's. My problem with this location is that they make someone stand outside at the pick up window to hand the food to the customers. It's 90 degrees and they have these poor souls out there serving no purpose other than to hand the order from the window to the car.
I was very impressed with the efficiency of the staff, and especially impressed with how much larger the chicken fingers were than other fast food places. Tasted very good. Will return.
