I have been going to Tina at LA nails for my nails since wayyyy back in the day and she ALWAYS impresses me with the time she takes and attention to detail. I love working with her and she’s always friendly and makes sure I’m comfortable. I LOVE doing holiday sets with her & these Halloween ones are one of my all time favorites! Especially the cute little spider ????️ Thank you Tina!!! Happy Halloween to you and your family and thanks for staying late for me!

They rushed on my nails completely. They said they couldn’t do what i was asking for even though they most definitely could, they just didn’t wanna take the time to do so because they were suppose to be closing(I was the last in my group of friends to go). I agreed upon what they said they could do instead & it looks completely messy as well as way too thick. Both my pointer fingers are crooked as well. Also while I was watching what the one lady was doing on my nails she told me to stop watching her & to watch the tv… it was rude & unprofessional. I’m disappointed with how they look & will not be returning.
Lady did a thin coat on my toes to where I can see my nail still (I choose white as my color) and when it came to my manicure she got nail polish on my hand in which she used a nail filer to get it off… and now i have a hole of peeled skin on my hand. Won’t go again, and if I do I wouldn’t have her do them
Gone here off and on being in town and never had an complain! They are so right @ making sure your happy with your nails! I love this place!
Very friendly & efficient. Had a couple small issues w my nails after looking awhile after being there…but overall they do a beautiful job & don’t overcharge! ????
If I could give no stars I would.
I had made an appointment at 12. And I got there at 12 exactly, and was made to wait a half hour before they took me.
When I finally got called over to a booth, I had showed the nail tech (a man) a picture of what I wanted (a blue to whole ombré nail with my index and ring fingers glittered.) and he got to work right away, was very professional however he ignored me when I told him to cut the arcrylic shorter. Until his wife Tina, came over and took over. I showed her the picture as well and she got the right colors, but she laughed at me when seeing my nails which is extremely unprofessional. When it came time for the filing, she cut two of my fingers in multiple spots!! Then told me to stop tensing up. And instructed me to watch the tv because she doesn’t like me watching her. not to mention she had used a hand file on me and then the same exact one on the girl next to me! It’s abundantly clear that sanitation is not a priority here.
About an hour passed and Tina said I was done.
She forgot to put the nail glitter, and when I pointed it out I was told it was too late because she had another appointment. I then had to wait 20 minutes for the to let me pay. It cost me $60 for I completed nails that were the wrong length, done by an employee/owner who laughs at and cuts her customers. After I left I noticed that she didn’t file the edges of my nails at all. I ended up taking my own nail supplies and fixing the edges.
This was my second time coming and I will not be returning again. By far the worst experience at a nail salon. And that’s saying a lot because Ive been getting my nails done almost every other month for about 3 years now.
The girls and I had an amazing time at LA Nails today. All 4 of us had our nails done at the same.timw. they worked on our nails flawlessly. We had the best "Christmas Nail" experience
My nails are always Very pretty, never a problem.. been going to LA for more than 10 years. Great work..
