They always get my nails done perfect. It doesn't matter how busy they are they never make you feel like you have to hurry up. They take their time and do a great job!
When I first walked in they were very rude! I got a full set for my wedding my nails were so short and way to wide for my fingers I’m very upset and disappointed also the guy was watching tv the whole time he was doing my nails!!!
I have gone here less and less because of declining quality over the past few years, and now I am officially done. Having a customer point at, laugh at, and talk about my disabled mother, who shakes, THEN watch "Ben" co-sign laughing too is beyond disgusting. I am pulling her to my guy inside Washington Walmart. So much better service. Ben can keep laughing at his previous clients, but that is a reoccurring business that is now gone. Someone else will now have that reoccurring business. It is so sad to make your clients feel tiny and not at all part of the paid experience. She was supposed to feel pretty, relaxed, happy, and SAFE. As the owner, Ben failed.
Extremely unfriendly male Cost was too much for what received. Sat the entire time on phone speaking non English the entire time I was there. I'm sorry but I find rudeness in that completely. What happened to the customer being treated as if they were nonexistent entire time in chair . Never asked me to so anything, he wanted my hand he grabbed pulled pushed etc... I would much rather be asked for my hand then grabbing my wrist and jerking where he wanted it.. But he can't ask me cuz on the phone entire time! They really need to earn about customer service
Went here with my friend. Worst service I've ever had at a nail place. I think he used old nail polish and was in a rush. I had a appointment that was made a few days before. My nails started peeling the the next day and they started breaking two days later. They've all came off and its only been 4 days. Do not recommend this place at all.
LNails is probably the best nail salon I’ve been to. I was a walk-in and was greeted and seated immediately. Service was great and the technician was kind, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job on my nails. I highly recommend LNails!

Very disappointed. I got my nails done here over the summer and my aunt recommended and I ended up loving it! I got a full set medium length and it was definitely worth the money. I came back to get my nails done again for homecoming and it was an overall horrible experience. I had booked at appointment at 9:30 am, I wanted the earliest appointment possible. I showed up 5 minutes before and I waited about 10 minutes and nobody had showed up or even walked into the building. I went home and called and they said the man on the phone was very rude insisting that it was my fault and I should have waited. I ended up going back because I didn’t want to have to try and get fitted in at another place and I really liked this place prior. When I arrived I showed the man what I wanted and the color (I had everything picked out prior) as soon as he started doing my nails it seemed very rushed and he kept asking snarky question about my short nails. I explained that I bit my nails and he kinda just laughed it off and it made me a bit uncomfortable. he then started arguing with me about length, mind you I have never had a nail technician tell me that I cannot have long acrylics because I bit my nail. This man kept insisting that and changing prices so I just went along with it because I had my mind set on a medium length. It was very quick and it felt rushed and it didn’t seem like he was taking the time to file down my nails and fit me with the right sized acrylic tips. I had paid $70 for these and I was happy with them at first. Not even 2 days later they started chipping off. Only the ends would come off and the left over would be and still had been stuck on my nails. I’ve tried just about everything to remove them (it’s been 2 weeks) and every single one of them but 2 has chipped off. I also work as a dishwasher and I have wet hands all day, the water makes them so weak and they start to melt. I’m very frustrated that I paid all this money for low quality nails.
