Quality of Service: There are mixed reviews regarding the quality of service at Lady African Hair Braiding Salon. Some customers have praised the salon for doing a wonderful job on their hair, mentioning that they have received compliments and have been pleased with the results. However, other customers have complained about tight braiding, which may have potentially caused sores on their scalp. This indicates inconsistency in the quality of service provided by the salon.
Customer Service: The salon has received comments about both positive and negative aspects of their customer service. Some customers have praised the staff for being polite and providing great customer service. They have mentioned that the staff is friendly, professional, and creates a welcoming atmosphere. Pricing: Pricing appears to be a point of concern for some customers. One customer mentioned that the prices fluctuate, which can be inconvenient and unclear for customers. Braiding is entirely toooo tight. I pray I don’t have sores in my head. Plus the prices fluctuate. Definitely will not be returning. Oh my goodness WHERE’S MY ICE PACK!!! And numbing cream????????
They done a wonderful job on my hair they we're very polite I would very much be going back....thanks ladies
I went in at 5:30 p.m. I asked for jumbo kinky twist. I received three different sized kinky twist with multiple lengths. The lady and she was doing my hair pulled my hair, slapped my hand away, and was unnecessarily rough. The second lady pointed out that she had done a totally different size to the other ladies in the salon and thought this was hilarious. When I spoke about what I noticed throughout my head the whole shop became defensive. I was told to leave my phone and walk to the ATM across a dark parking lot when I refused the lady being screaming at me.This by far is the worst experience I have ever experienced when it comes to getting my hair done. This is the first and last time that I will ever do business with ladies African hair braiding. I suggest you all take your business else where, as I have paid $165 for a style that I have to wear for the next couple weeks praying my hair isn't damaged .
Awesome job. Doesn't take long. Decent prices
I came from Charlotte and was there at 7 a.m. in my work uniform to get my hair braided and was very pleased with the results of my hair and the time it took.
I’ve been going to Lady for years and she has always done my braids so cute and provided great customer service, She just did my braids the other day and have gotten many compliments..I highly recommend her to all my friends!
I came for an appointment. All she did was cornrolls then after that I could not get anyone to respond to my calls or text for another appointment to do another hairstyle. She responded initially than ignored me after that. I think it's rude just say you are not willing to book anyone. Very unprofessional and they don't take debit card just cash.
I have been going to Lady African Hair Braiding Salon for years and every experience is AMAZING. The atmosphere there is friendly and professional.
