The best Fish and Chips I've been to. Beats Platten's at Wells and Waldo's at Sutton OS. Very friendly staff and the building itself is well-cleaned and organised.
Ordered a large haddock and small chips; Dad had mushy peas and small chips. Haddock was very large (gr8!) with thin batter (which is good); meat itself was delicious - flaked away perfectly and was piping hot. Small chips are actually a large portion (but that's just me lol). The fish is cooked to order so it is extra fresh. However, the peas were a little hard.
Be back again and definitely recommend it!

Rocked up Friday lunchtime, ordered 2 fish cakes & a small chips. Fish cakes were cooked to order, so expect a short wait

I've been to a lot of chippys in and around West Bridgford, and this is my favourite. Freshly cooked fish, proper chip shop curry sauce, and you can take your own containers for sauce and peas, so that helps too. Delicious! Parking can be tricky, but not insurmountable

Called in for Fish & Chips before heading to beer festival. Food was really excellent, best Fish & Chips we have had for ages.
Longing for traditional cod and chips and mushy peas while visiting from Australia, ordered large fish, small chips and large peas. Fantastic! Light crispy batter surrounding succulent fish, great tasting chips accompanied by mushy peas which were the best I've tasted since Victoria centre market back in 70's. Staff we're very friendly.
Wonderful lightly battered fish...cooked to order and friendly, efficient staff - spotless!
