This is crucial in creating a positive experience for customers as it contributes to a comfortable and welcoming environment. Another comment praised the staff, specifically Tracy and John, for their skills and ability to meet customer requests. It is important to have competent and experienced nail technicians who can provide quality service.

The salon also received praise for its energy and fun atmosphere. The commenter mentioned that there is laughter during their visits. A positive and joyful ambiance can enhance the overall experience for customers.
However, there are several weaknesses that were highlighted in the comments as well. One of the most common complaints was the poor quality of the manicures and pedicures. Customers mentioned that their nails were uneven, the polish application was sloppy, and the paint job looked unprofessional. This indicates a lack of attention to detail and a lower standard of workmanship.
Furthermore, hygiene and sterilization practices were also called into question. One customer mentioned that there were no septic instruments used, potentially increasing the risk of contamination. This is a serious concern as it puts the customer's health at risk.
Another weakness mentioned was the rude and unprofessional attitude of the technicians. This can greatly affect the overall experience and make customers feel unwelcome. Customer service is an important aspect of any business, and it is disappointing to see that some customers had negative encounters with the staff.
The issue of communication and understanding customer preferences was also evident. Several comments mentioned that the nail technicians did not deliver the desired nail designs or colors. This lack of communication can lead to dissatisfaction and disappointment.
In terms of pricing, one comment mentioned an additional charge for using a credit card. While this may be a valid practice for businesses, it is important to clearly communicate such charges to customers before providing services. Unexpected charges can leave customers feeling deceived or taken advantage of.
In summary, L.A.Nails place has strengths in terms of friendly staff, skilled technicians, and a fun atmosphere. However, it also has weaknesses in the form of poor quality service, questionable hygiene practices, and communication issues. It is recommended to carefully consider these factors before deciding to visit the salon.

Terrible attitude of the technician. I’m from out of town and was recommended to go there. I’d rather have my unfilled nails back than what I left with. Noticed when I got to my hotel, you can see my nail through the color because it was painted so thin. This is day 2, and the color on my thumb has already chipped, I just put a top coat over the chipped part because I’m not spending more money for this one nail. Would not recommend.
Three employees were sitting outside in the mall lobby waiting on walk in customers. I informed a gentleman what services I wanted (remove the artificial nails & basic manicure with polish). The nail tech was manhandling my hands, he used an artificial nail to pop off my nails, not soak them off and he used rotary filing to smooth my nails which were sensitive. No septic instruments used, no intermission for me to wash my hands prior to placing the polish. He rushed me to the drying table only to return to place the clear, quick dry polish and then I placed my hands under the counter for drying only to burn my hand when removing it. To top it off, there is postings on paper stating there will be a 3.7% added charge if use credit card. My service cost was $25 I gave cash because I felt it was highway robbery for the shabby, non-sterile, pop-off job. Never again. I could have saved money popping my own nails off and using my own tools with less risk of contamination. Don't bother.
Workers were nice and the shape of the acrylics were perfect but when i showed the worker what i wanted to do with my nails (all black with one gold accent nail), the worker did something completely different (one rose gold sparkle nail and one holographic accent nail) and my nails don’t match and the design is not consistent. They also forgot to add on a clear coat on my plain black nails so they are already scuffed up. I would suggest not going here.
I got my feet done and I was really dissatisfied. As I walked out of the nail shop I noticed My nail paint looked like a 5 year old painted them. My toes was dry and peeling. I went back in to address how my feet looked. The lady filed my toe nail down a little bit and put some drops of oil on it. And basically sent me on my way. It was definitely not worth the 52 dollars plus tip I gave. If I could give a negative rating I would. I would never go there again!
Went in at 7:21 for a child’s manicure and to get two of my nails cut down. Was told they were done for the evening while he was doing another lady’s nails and plenty of people were in there. What?!!! They don’t even close until 9:00. I just stared at him and said: “ are you serious.? He said “yes” and went back to doing her nails. I will NEVER go back there or recommend them to anyone. So rude and unprofessional.
Very nice and friendly staff... I got acrylic nails there and I love them... but why i am rating 4 stars instead of 5 is because he didn’t even ask the length I wanted and just cut my nail... otherwise it’s a very nice place.
ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE. my nails are not strait, the paint job is wack and my friends and I didn’t get what we asked for. One of my friends asked for a white thumb and 2 different shades of blue on every other finger. she got pink to blue ombré. another one of my friends asked for pastel colors and got neon pink, green, yellow etc. didn’t bother cutting my nails or filing. absolutely terrible.
First off let me start by saying Tracy is the best! John is great as well. They always greet me as i walk in the door. I’ve been going consistently for the past 5-6 years now and have been to both John for 2yrs and Tracy for going on 5yrs. Tracy always does as i request, even though i am very picky and particular. Never have had any problems with my nails or making my appointments. I would say that Tracy is the best with designs and i recommend her for anyone. The energy in the shop is always fun & we r always laughing. Highly recommend this shop over any in Springfield.
