Quick Facts About Lavender Nails

Strengths: 1. Quality and Service: Many customers praise the salon for its unmatched quality and service. They specifically mention Kelly, a nail technician who is known for her perfectionism and ability to create designs that exceed expectations. 2. Cleanliness: Customers appreciate the cleanliness of the salon and the staff's dedication to maintaining a spotless environment. Even close to closing time, the staff goes above and beyond to ensure the salon is immaculate. 3. Skillful Technicians: The salon is known for its skilled technicians in various services. Customers mention Tina and Mary as go-to technicians for eyebrow waxing and mention that all the staff members are amazing in their respective specialties. 4. Custom Designs: The salon is known for its ability to bring customers' inspiration pictures to life. Many customers mention that the designs on their nails end up looking even better than the reference images. 5. Minimal Wait Time: Even without an appointment, customers report minimal waiting times, indicating efficient scheduling and organization.
Weaknesses: 1. Price Discrepancy: One customer mentions being charged an additional $15 for having round nails, which they argue was not communicated to them upfront. This price discrepancy creates frustration and could be perceived as an unfair add-on fee. 2. Inconsistent Pricing: Another customer expresses disappointment with the significant cost of a fill-in service, which was only marginally cheaper than a full set. The customer finds this pricing inconsistent and feels the technician was unhelpful and rude when questioned about the pricing disparity. 3. Unprofessional Behavior: A few customers mention encountering unprofessional behavior from certain technicians, including rudeness and disrespectful comments. One customer comments on a technician speaking a different language with a coworker and implying negative things about the customer. 4. Poor Quality: One customer states that the quality of the service they received was subpar, with their nails looking like a child had done them. The customer claims to have paid $65 for a job they could have done better themselves. 5. Unsatisfactory Pedicure: Another customer had a negative experience with a pedicure, noting that their feet were not properly treated, dry skin was not removed, the polish was not applied well, and the technician was rude and unprofessional.
In conclusion, Lavender Nails has several strengths, including the unmatched quality of service provided by its technicians, a commitment to cleanliness, and the ability to bring customers' design ideas to life. However, the salon also faces weaknesses such as inconsistencies in pricing, unprofessional behavior exhibited by some technicians, and instances of poor quality service reported by a few customers. It is important for the salon to address these weaknesses to maintain a positive reputation and provide consistent, exceptional service to all customers.

Best TL Reviews

The quality and service of this salon is unmatched! I always use Kelly and she is a perfectionist. In the past I have used salons and within a week my acrylics would lift or easily pop off. The prices may be a little higher than most places, but you are paying for quality. I have been there close to closing and the cleaning measures the staff take leave the salon immaculate. I always come with inspiration pictures and the designs end up looking better than the picture. I can't recommend this place enough! Even when I don't have an appointment I never have to wait very long.
Charged $50 for a dip...fine...but $15 because my nails are round and that's "a different shape" they were round when I came in so...!!? ???? But I was told if I changed to square there wouldn't have been a charge...CRAZY!!! First AND last!
Addendum:
No price was discussed. I was told have a set and then a short time later told which seat to sit in. Due to my profession, my nails are NOT long so do NOT try to lie.
Also do Not imply I'm not capable of affording services, that's not the issue, add ons at the end are...as I said previously, I came in with round nails you all did not create a special shape.
Kelly did my nails today, and I was so impressed. Tina and Mary are the go-to if you would like your eyebrows waxed. They all are amazing. Definitely going to keep going there.
I have been a client of this family for 6+ years, before Lavender Nails opened up. I get my nails done every two weeks like clockwork, and not one time can I say I was disappointed. I always have a design, and they always do exactly what I want...no matter how crazy :-). It is a wonderful, relaxing, safe, and clean environment, and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to use their services!
First visit to get a full set was awesome, a bit pricey but whatever I'll pay for quality right. The 2nd visit was a week later for a fill in, a WEEK....the nail tech was different but the price was only $5-$10 less than the cost of the full set lol & the tech wasn't pleasant when asked why the cost is the same. Got snappy & rude, the location is convenient but I'd rather drive else where to get respectful, quality customer service & reasonable prices.
I'm sure this will be responded to with a rude, brash comment as I've seen on other reviews here. That alone lets you know the energy you receive if you voice any concern or opinion about the price gauging. I'm glad the first tech was awesome, unfortunately I won't be back to experience her helpful demeanor.
RESPONSE: I said the price was crazy, not you so that's a full fledged lie. You told me the price before you started the polish, not at the beginning. Again, another lie. I then said go ahead & finish, I'll pay but I won't be back. You then became rude & started speaking your native language to your coworker as if apps aren't available to translate your verbiage lol silly of you but again whatever. Please roll the tape, I'm 100% sure that my recollection of events shows to be much more accurate than yours. I even laughed at your rude remarks at one point, far from angry. ROLL THE TAPE. I was amused by your immaturity & child like disposition tbh.
I have another nail tech who stays booked & busy due to her amazing service & personality. Her heavy booking schedule is the only reason I decided to try you all, but after today I'd wait all day on her availablility just to stay away from you. You've displayed that you're ill mannered & unprofessional. Good job!
I never displayed anger at any point, that I'm certain of. My emotional intelligence is too high for that & my pockets aren't dry but I'm sure that's the narrative you'll run with to make yourself feel better. Furthermore, I didn't forget a thing. I don't have to give any reviews at all, positive or negative. It's the customers choice always & you honesty earned the 1 star you've just received today. Please do not mention fairness lol $110 for a full set $105 for a fill in? IKYL lol I knew you would be unprofessional & defensive as a response, thanks for proving my point & enjoy the discriminatory lawsuits coming your way.
I have followed this family for years to do my nails. Tina and Kelly are absolutely amazing. They do a fantastic job every time, and will fix anything you ask them to if you have a nail chip or don’t like the color. They are not the cheapest, but there is a reason for that! They do high quality nails that last. Many times I can go 3 weeks with acrylic gel nails and they still look great. If you are looking for a cheap set of nails this is not your place- but there are many other nail salons out there for that. Always ask up front what the price is before you get your nails done to avoid surprises. This salon is clean, efficient, and very relaxing. Enjoy!
Very disappointed. They have price gauged me everytime I have used them. Decided to give them another chance. It was MORE expensive for a horrible job. My nails look like a child did them. $65.00 for a terrible job. I could have done a better, myself.
Had a awful experience today at Lavender Nails. Received a suppose to be pedicure today and I must say it was most definitely a waste of my time and my money. The worst experience ever the serviced I received was a to waste and on top of that the guy nail tech was not professional at all, very rude, not a friendly environment. I could have done a way better job to my own feet all by myself. I had to tell him what to do to my feet. After he finished I still had dry skin on my feet ???? and some spots are still feeling ruff and he just called hisself finished with pedicure. While I was letting my feet dry I noticed polish was missing in spot and that he didn't do a good job polishing them either.
I had to ask him to start the massage for me as well. Then I was getting my daughter's toe done to but when I asked if she could come to the vack with me he made a statement she is fine where she is. I should have got up and left then he was so rude so I told her I will take you somewhere else we will not be spending no more money in here.
