This is the worst place to go to for nails. The staff act as if you have to get your nails done there. They are very disrespectful, Rude and unprofessional. I will be reporting them to the State of California Consumer Affairs. They need to go back to their country and be rude not here in America. Never ever will I go there again. I will be writing reviews any and everywhere they have them. This place is not the place for customer service.
The design was good. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The manager at the front was rude. They refused to fix any of their mistakes. They were all really passive aggressive. I DONT recommend at all.
I can't believe after paying $75 a week ago for a fresh new set more than half of my nails are gone within my 2hands.I tried to go back to get them fixed and the owner told me they can't guarantee the work from a week ago.They are long and i must have carried something heavy for them to break. My nails literally popping off they don't even hurt. I think it's ridiculous what you pay at this shop they don't respect your appt times and then they don't guarantee there work.I own my own business and I would do anything to keep my customer happy.I guess a week ago was my last time I got my nails done here.On to find something better.

Great nails techs but POOR management.
Booked with Julie and she did such an AMAZING job. She is very skilled and detailed about her work. EXCEPT the last time i went. She did a full set in 45 minutes which normally should have taken 1.5 hrs at least. the original person is back and they just take your appt without getting your name and double booking. Myself and another girl booked with Julie at 5pm. They tried telling me no but i showed them i called at 12. So julie sat me first and ended up rushing though it. Whole time looking at the clock and the next girl. The nails weren't so great work once you look at it. They were uneven and not filed properly. Won't be back.
Had heard about this place at work..was eagerly looking frwd at being there as it was my first time experience..was very excited yet very anxious..finally got to work with an expert, sadly she was very arrogant as she boasted about her self and ability. i was very curious everything as it was my first time, the girl was very rude and impatient with me that me very uncomfortable and not welcome..its a service oriented place and i think they need to practice being patient with their clients..Not a pleasant experience for me..
I have a lot to say about this place. Firstly, the girl Sophia, as well as others, are some of the best nail techs ever. The work they do is nearly flawless and I’m a very picky and hard to please client. However, the salon in general is terrible. The owner or manager man in the front is so rude and unprofessional. He always sabotages my appointments and my appointments with Sophia. He will come up with an excuse to cancel my appointment. I tip generously too so its not like I argue over the prices or even show up late. The salon management is toxic in general. Multiple nail techs have vented to me that they dislike him and wish he was a better manager. I feel so bad for them bc their work is so good. Lastly, they are way overpriced. Yeah the work is good but they aren’t consistent with the prices they charge. One day its $10 for something then the next time you go its $20 for the exact same service. Overall, I wish the girls booked private appointments after hours because the owner is an awful and rude person. Never coming here again.
Hands down one of the best salons I've ever gone too.... Great staff and management! Very clean and most of all friendly! I always get my nails done by Ivy or Molly they always leave me in awe with my nails!
RUDE. Stepped inside and no one greeted me or asked me what service I wanted done. I kept standing there until someone finally acknowledged me. I was first told to wait and when I simply asked how long is the wait I was told they're about to close and can I come back tomorrow. It was 5:20 and they close at 7. I took my Black dollars elsewhere. I've experienced this racist treatment by so many asians that think they're superior to me while they do my pedicure that I'm going back to doing my own press on nails.
