I was told there would be a 10 minute wait. After another woman and I waited 40 minutes at the nail counter, he finally started doing my nails and rushed through the whole thing. My nails were burning. He filed my skin with the Emory board and the drill. My tips were crooked and do not fit my nail properly, especially the middle finger nails. You can see my real nail underneath (I got white tips) and my cuticles are damaged. When I started questioning what he was doing is when he started going faster. After waiting 40 minutes it only took about 10 minutes for him to finish my entire set. I have never had a set done that quick and I have never been in that much pain. I will add a photo of how awful my cuticles look.
Only voted one star because I couldn’t do zero. I didn’t want to leave a bad review. Man was extremely aggressive with the drill and had a horrible attitude. After I let him know, he was hurting me and he still did not care. One of my nails have been drilled down to the nail bed. It was very unprofessional and I do not recommend anyone going here. On top of, I come home today and my nails are cracking. Short staffed, badly managed, bad attitudes and multiple children running around.
I went today to get an eyebrow wax, pedicure, & manicure. I usually spend between $100-110 for services every three weeks. Although the owner Lee has a very bad attitude I go there because I love how Mary & Crystal do my pedicure. I know I should not patronize their services because of Lee and how he speaks to customers but I continued to go. On today because they began to get extremely busy he told me that I could not get a design. Well me being me I said well as much money as I spend I can’t get a simple design. I was like well I need to post that Top Nails isn’t doing designs today. He asked me out and not to return. I simply said no problem…. so a free eyebrow wax and gel take off for me. Lee is going to get it one of these days… it will be well deserved….????
Very bad business attitude problems and don't like to be told how you feel about the work they do. I only told the woman my toes had paint on my skin. She got mad start throwing stuff around. Made me get up in the middle of a manicure and leave. These people are bad for business you can't go there and dislike they work. Never again will they get my business.
On 4/15/22 I took my daughter and her friend to get their nails done. The owner did a poor job on their nails. It look like he rushed and skipped a few steps. They had skin around the cuticles that they suppose to cut off. He did a poor job on the polish. Some fingers were not fully polished. I don't know if because they were young teenagers, and he wanted to rush them out the door. They will not get any more of my business!!
I went there to get a pedicure.So disappointed. They guy barely touched my feet and only did not even 7 minutes of work on my feet. When I said I wasn't satisfied, the owner,the guy and a tall skinny women begain being loud.I told the lady to mind her business.I asked them what I owed . Never will I return there. That's why the owner can't keep workers or customers. Another lady walked out behind me. The lady had the nerve to say we don't need your business, I said and I don't need yours.
The owner has a very nasty attitude and is very unprofessional. One of the ladies messed up my eyebrows and when another client was trying to make me feel better about it he jumped in the conversation and said that’s enough and insisted we let it go. He became belligerent and disrespectful so I so kindly said what I had to say and gracefully walked out. I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN AGAIN!!! Never let anyone get comfortable disrespecting you. It may be ok with you but it’s not alright with me.
This place is horrible! I went in for a full set of gel polish. I sat down and showed a picture of the shape and length I wanted and got nothing near what I wanted. The guy doing my nails didn’t talk to me once and he was so rough 4 of my fingers were bleeding and one of my nails popped off in the middle of him filing. It’s been hours since I left the nail salon and my fingernails are extremely sore from the extremely aggressive filing. Then the owner tried to charge me twice for my nails after saying the first one did not go through, I showed him my bank app on my phone that clearly showed the first payment clearly went through, he then proceeded to yell at me in front of everyone there for no reason. If your thinking of going here, please do not give them the business!!!
