She is not good with light skin girls with good hair. She rips out girls hair. I have balls of my hair. Not like if I brushed out my hair or was combing it out like there are three balls of my hair in front of me. I was crying when I first seen it coming out. After just having it braided by her. Save yur hair and save yurself of the pain and the embarrassment. I have to go get my hair cut now really short… It wasn’t Worth it and now I lost my hair… I’m hurt I tipped her good to.
She does phenomenal work with braids! It would nice if she could keep her appointments and not make me wait over half hour sometimes one hour from the time my appointment was made for. Regardless I would still recommend this place. Her hair braiding skills are amazing.

She took me over a hour late. Did not apologize. People were in there with out masks on. This This was before the vaccine. Do not try to discredit me for your tardiness and unprofessionalism. You schedule people on top of each other eventhough people have appointments weeks in advance. Take some responsibility. Don't attack the customer and accuse them of being dishonest.
My daughter and I have been getting our hair done here for years. Very professional, courteous and always have our hair looking fabulous.
