I have to say for my second time going I am very impressed with my pedicure and manicure! Cat goes above and beyond. My massage for my pedicure was amazing. it was an actual massage instead of getting beat up and smacked on the leg. They used hot towels. When I got my manicure my hands were scrubbed. Cat used lotion with a massage. A lot of nail salons have been skipping the best parts of manicures!! Not this place!! you definitely won’t be disappointed!!
Very disappointed in my nails. I previously had a dip which needed to be removed. I asked for nude nails, with a thin red tip. When the woman dipped my full nail in the red, I questioned her and she said she knew I wanted just the tip done red. My entire nail ended up red and after being there for 1.5 hours I had to leave. The shape is not what I asked for, it’s oval, not almond. The nails are lumpy. Now I am stuck with these for the holidays.
Been there before all last summer and liked it. Went in today for a gel or dip. Was ignored for about 10 minutes. When I was finally greeted I was grunted at and then the man turned away without saying anything to me. He just looked at my nails and walked away! I crossed my name off the list and left. Smh. Won't be back. Went down the street, great service and new gel set, right away, np. Their loss.
I have gone several other nail places (not picky just want my nails done as i ask..) but Laura at Luxe nails is the ONLY person that i let near them anymore. Have been going there steadily 5 months and have never been happier with my nails!! She always shapes them perfectly, fills my areas where they grow "up" (prev. nail biting), fixes anything that chips or pops right away, which is rare if ever. Just an all around amazing job.. sometimes a wait make sure to call ahead, definitely worth it.
I always have a good experience when I come here. The technicians are very friendly and the place is always very neat and clean. I typically receive a gel manicure and deluxe pedicure.
Laura is AMAZING! She is extremely kind, personable and makes sure you leave happy. She takes care of my natural nails without damaging them and even can offer helpful tips/hints to help you with your nails. She is great, she really aims to please and my little toenails have never been shaped so nicely! I will be going back to see her time and time again. :)

Do not waste your time or money! Extremely poor service. I walked alongside one employee as we both entered the building at the same time..stood at the counter while other employees looked me in my face & never made any attempt to acknowledge my presence. I stood there for 10 minutes before someone finally walked up to me..then preceded to stare at me without speaking a word. I then started my greeting off with "Hello..how are you?" The employee verbatim response to me was "yeah..what do you want?" My response.. "absolutely nothing! You enjoy your day! Walked out.. got into my vehicle, and went to spend my money with an establishment that appreciates me.."the customer!" & my hard earned $137 Deluxe Gel Mani-Pedi & my $40 Tip! That's their loss! It's really sad that this world is filled with so much hate. I truly hope no one else has to experience this blatant disrespect & mistreatment. Peace & love everyone.✌????????????????
It’s been 3weeks since I had my nails done. They are still good and my hands are always in water so I’m surprised usually after 2weeks my nails start to lift! RACHEL WAS GREAT! She did my pedi too!
