First of all, they're racist. They kept telling the black girl sitting next to me she couldn't have the color she wanted because of her skin tone and practically forced her to do the color they chose for her. That's absolutely unacceptable and cruel.
Second, I asked them the price of the service before I started and they told me for gel its 35 and 30 for a mani pedi. Which is cheap I know but thats what they told me. When I was done it was almost double. I asked why the price was so different and all they did was run me in circles, making no sense. They could have just told me the price up front. They said regular polish for a mani/pedi was 20 and 25, and a gel was 30 and 35 but at the end apparently gel is an additional 15 and 18. I kept asking why add on when you already changed the price but they just ignored that question.

I came with both of my big toe nails extremely bruised. The color I picked was the exact color she wanted, her and I talked about it. The color covered my black and blue toe nails perfectly fine. So no, you are racist. There were several remarks made to her that no one said to me. You were completely discriminating againt her because of the color of her skin.
Also, I understand that certain things cost extra. I dont understand liars. Its that simple. You told me the price over the phone and when I got there. You changed it at the end. You know you're being deceitful. You shouldn't have to con people into coming to your establishment. No wonder you guys were the only empty nail salon in the area. Yeiks.
I got my acrylic nails soaked off and just a clear coat of polish and it was $35. Also when I got home the clear polish is already starting to flake off. Also when I asked for a brochure/pamphlet to see what they offered and what prices were, they didn't give me one. I miss my nail salon in Tennessee.
Definitely Kelly did a great job with my Nails . I loved it ! She took her time and effort to be able to make my nails look natural and awesome. I did the gel nails . Thank You so Much .
Luxi Spa is clean and busy, they took me in quickly though. Kelly is friendly and listened to what I wanted done. She's fast and did a great job!
Luxi spa is a great experience to lounge and get your nails done in a good amount of time the nails are high quality but not taxed and very affordable and steve is very funny will make you laugh several times during your manicure anything you need they will do you must check this place out ASAP!

They were so cheap with the paraffin there wasn't enough to cover my foot. Told them they needed more and told me I was better off not getting it. Rude as F. Don't waste your money or time with a business that doesn't appreciate new customers.
I went for the first time about a week ago. The service was spectacular! Yes, other people were waiting but the wait wasn't long for me. Maybe 10 Minutes. I went to the seat where a very kind and professional lady did my mani-pedi which was very quick and well-done! I love how she asked me how my day was going and escorted me to the drying area along with being polite and friendly. Love my nails and toes, they look AMAZING! Best place to do your nails! Flawless within no time! Stop by at Luxi Spa!
