This is the worst doctors office I have visited, the communication is extremely poor as far as his wife at the front desk. If I could give a negative star rating... this would be it . The staff and his wife at the front desk are rude and disrespectful. They also turn around and attempt to play the victim. Instead of the doctor being concerned for the patient. (The whole reason he’s there) he is more concerned with making sure his wife is comfortable instead of understanding the reason the issue even took place . They talk CRAZY to the patient and act like they did nothing wrong.... and Of course the doctor was not concerned with what happened only the concern of his wife whom started the altercation. For the doctors office to say that they are a God-fearing doctors office they definitely do not act like it. When you arrive to your appointment they don’t answer the phone it just stays busy , so how are you to follow protocol and call to check in , if they don’t answer a phone? Then they talk to you disrespectfully, as if you’re not a person. They are very rude and disrespectful. The entire front desk associate team needs to be replaced maybe then the doctor would be able to do his job correctly instead of defending someone that started an altercation, Whom happens to be his wife. You don’t talk crazy to the patient homes coming to you for help about their health you don’t disrespect them as if they’re not a person you treat others the way you would like to be treated and that is something that they definitely need to learn here!!!!! If I was an employee there behind the desk I definitely would not disrespect the patients that are coming in to the doctors office. They need to learn the proper office etiquette. I just find it hard to understand how you can sit behind a desk and smile and laugh and talk about the patient as if they cannot hear you. How do you boldly talk to your coworker about a patient that is directly in front of you in the office and then try to talk to them as a child when this patient is grown in more than likely probably older than you ..... even more reason for you to respect your elders. I’m pretty sure that my overview will be taken down by this doctors office because they love to hide their true colors.
Dr.Adetunji has been my PCP for over two years now. He and his staff are always welcoming, and they always listen to my concerns. He is very knowledgeable of my conditions, and if he needs to refresh his memory on anything; he will and assist me in treatment. He also prays with me when I ask him to do so. I feel as if I am a being treated as a family member when I am in his clinic. I highly recommend him and his staff.
Dr Adetunji has been my doctor for a long time and more than just a doctor,he’s a caring Christian and a wonderful friend. Him and his staff have been there for me so many times and I’m proud to call them family. If I lost him as a doctor I would just give up medical attention because it’s not about medical more than it is about the love and support they give through your every day life. I’m proud to call them my friends and even prouder to call him my doctor. And his wife always greets me with a smile, she’s a wonderful lady I love my amen clinic.
He is a very good doctor and he has a great staff they truly care about people's well-being. I would recommend him to anyone and if your looking for a good doctor he is the one to see.
