This can be a significant concern for potential customers who value inclusivity and respect.

I came here to get my nails off. I waited for an hour to be serviced. I was over it and just wanted to leave after she said I was done. Acrylic is still on my nails. You can tell from the spots on my nails. Anyway.. its $15 for Acrylic removal not a bad price
Let me say the customer service was nice. Ricky did my nails and i got an SNS. These pictures are 4 days after I paid 80 plus 20 tip. I have never had SNS to do this within days unless you dip one coat and he did. I will never come back here I feel like I paid for a watered down cocktail
I entered the business and the greeting was rude. I told the technician that I would like an experienced tech, since I have long natural nails. She asked me if I would tip good? My tip was to exit before it escalated to something else. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL before I could get any service!!!!
I wouldn't recommend. They over charge and the quality of work was amateur. Looks like I haven't even got my nails did. I have them two stars because they were at least friendly.
I had a terrible experience. When my daughter and I came in we planned on getting a mani/pedi for the both of us.They started on me and I asked if my 7 year old could at least have the water started while I was getting mine done. I asked clearly twice. They said they'd start on her after mine, and I said that was fine but if she could at least start soaking. Nothing was
done and at that point I just
decided to only have my pedi done and go somewhere else to finish the rest of our services. When I got the bill they had charged my card for an extra gel service that I didn't get. I hate gel and I know I wouldn't have asked for that. We went back and forth until my daughter got upset / crying. I just left out because it was really getting out of hand. I really wish We as a people can find better places to go that appreciate US like they do our Money!
My first time going to them 11/3/18 i didn't like it for one the prices are way to high. The lady did a good job on my feet but the other lady didn't do my nails so good I asked her to polish my nails the same color as my feet I ever brought my own nail color from home . she just put clear polish on they charged me $53 dollars. My experience there was not satisfied.
When I walked in a lady was arguing with the tech over the prices. that was a warning. too expensive for the area. They charge for every single thing. I paid 35 for SNS... not bad but the lady whom i think was the manager cut my skin and never said anything. The pedicure... i paid 13 for remove my gel old polish and apply new polish. total 43 for a pedicure...WTF. I will continue to go to my normal location in Alpharetta where I pay 80 but they serve wine and champagne plus have amazing service. Or drive further into clayton county
Black women, please go somewhere else!!! These people don't even greet you when you walk in the door. We need to take our neighborhood back, deal with one another. I can't STAND the attitudes in this place and all they do is disrespect us in their language.
