These nail salon is so rude and unprofessional I went into the salon for two full set one for myself and one for my daughter. We sit there for 2hrs and the lady that is pregnant that work there she is very nasty and rude. She messed up my daughter nails then after she messed up the nails. She had a nerve to tell me I had to wait for Tony that supposed to be the manager or owner. He had me stand at the register for ten min I had to holler to the back to ask him can I speak to him about his rude pregnant chick. They are very nasty don’t ever have to worry about me coming back there again.
The pregnant young lady was very kind & pleasant she took her time doing my nails, I really appreciate that.. Thank You ????

Best nail techs in macon, I go here often for my manicure and pedicure after a hard week of work, they are friendly and pay attention to the customers needs and care, as a man I’m very pleased with there services and will continue to go back
Well I wanted to see what this nail salon was all about but online through Google their hours say they start at 10a but they really start at 12p. Waste of gas!! Please update google so others do not make same mistake. This reflects poorly on the business just fyi
Terrible experience do not go here. Multiple staff members including the owner were not wearing masks. I requested a certain color of SNS and they begin the process of SNS and then later realized I did not have the color. Then they had to takeoff the first layer of us and us to switch to chill. After the gel they kept making mistakes on my thumb and had to redo it two times. Also the owner who is not wearing a mask kept standing behind the technician that was doing my nails so that I was being exposed to two people and one that was not wearing a mask for no reason.
This visit was horrible and just ridiculous. I was going in for a fill in and two of my nails were coming up on the side, the guy doesn't cut that section off and try to repair it, he puts acrylic over it. Smdh. When I correct him, he gets up and tells me to wait on the next available person, then wants to tell my son to sit down and be quiet. The service was pitiful and only two guys doing nails
This is a late review. I went into this shop, a few weeks ago, to get a full set of nails. The nail technicians greeted me when I arrived. I waited for more than 20 minutes for them to acknowledge thati was still sitting there with no service. Two nail technicians walked in with two customers. They sat them down and began doing their nails. I continued to wait patiently. Then, an older nail tech comes to me and says " I'm sorry they have appointment. I not know this. You wait please. He will do you next" I waited for 30 more minutes on the nail technician that was supposed to do my nails. Then the two nail technicians that came in with the other 2 customers got up and left with the customers. There are 3 people waiting to get nails done by one man. I left. I haven't been back since and I don't plan on it. I feel they should do better about their service, maybe communicate with each other. Plus, they never acknowledged me again after I had been waiting almost an hour. No thank you! I don't recommend this place at all. I would put any stars but I have to in order to post this.
