My regular stylist, Anne, left so I reserved a cut with Oksana. She’s Ukrainian and speaks very little English so I showed her a picture of a haircut I wanted. She understood right away and gave me a great haircut. She is very professional and proficient. I could tell she’s been a stylist for a long time. Will definitely continue to get my hair cut with her!
Very clean, and very nice. Not to mention I got an awesome haircut from Ant. This is a really really good barbershop. I was a marine and had to go to many barbershops once a week. This is easily top 5. Highly recommended.
On top of that, there was a 3 year old boy getting his hair cut next to me and he was very scared. The barber took his time and was very patient with him.
You may spend a couple of dollars less but you’ll get what you pay for.
Setup an appointment for a haircut and showed up a few mins early. Was asked to wait. Four people working. 30 mins later two of the four finish with their customers. Another 15 mins goes by, the two now-free staff are hanging out in their stations, one snacking and the other on his phone. 45 mins past my appointment time, I’m still waiting while 50% of their staff are shooting the breeze. I’d pay more for a place that’s mindful of their customers’ time.

I've been going to Anne for a few years now. She's the absolute best! Always cuts my little guy and I's hair to perfection. We can count on her for a great cut every time. The Mackhard experience is pretty cool too. Best barbershop you're going to find in Naperville!

I’ve been a regular here for about a year and Milan never fails to clean me up great. Not once have I had any complaints or have had a bad experience and I’d recommend him to anybody looking for a new barber
Have been going here for years and having Milan cut my hair. Always a meticulous cut and efficient use of time.
I will not be returning to this place. Made an appointment online, and the person they assigned me didn't seem like an experienced or skilled barber. He was friendly, but seemed quite new to the trade.
I smelled cigarettes and even the cover they put on me while cutting my hair smelled! I couldn't wait to get out.
