My experience was wonderful. My tech was helpful, friendly, experienced and let’s not forget knowledgeable. She made the experience for my wife so pleasant. We were so use to people telling us what they can’t do but she was able to do that in some. She also was fast yet efficient with the quality of work she produced. Great job!
I just found my new salon and my new nail tech! I went yesterday and let me tell you, Annie is amazing! I told her I wanted white acrylics with a Christmas design. We decided on How The Grinch Stole Christmas and she did phenomenal! I love this set and will definitely be seeing Annie from now on
Great, clean ,friendly salon. Im from South Florida and VERY picky about my nails. I’ve had nothing short of exceptional service with Lily she takes her time, she does amazing and straight filing and pays a lot of attention to detail. She did that flower design by hand, no stencil! I love going in to see her I always leave with the biggest smile on my face she is just so thorough. The salon is busy and it seems like most technicians have a following so even if it’s your first time I suggest you call ahead and make an appointment because this place is in high demand. Highly recommend!
Great experience. I'm allergic to gel and have been to 4 different places since moving to AZ a year ago. This is the first place I've been to where they actually listened and didn't put gel on me and/or try and convince me to use it anyway! So far, everyone does a great job. The only thing I can say is that they're really busy so even with an appt, you're likely to wait. Don't go without an appt or you could very well be told you'll need to come back just because they're so busy, but there's a reason for it. They're awesome, so they're popular!
My 10 year old loves this place. Her nails came out great and they didn’t dismiss her because she was a child. It’s clean and very close to a grocery shop, bar and places to eat. Parking is free and plenty of.
Came here off a whim due to the good reviews circulating around Cindy, but due to my very last minute need to get my nails done today she was booked up so I asked for the next best. When I walked in Vincent was very sweet in directing me to the chair with this other girl nail tech who I won't name because I don't want to out them. Let's just say maybe she was having an off day but my nails didn't look pretty and when I went up to pay Vincent made sure that everything was okay and when I told him it wasn't he immediately sat me down at his station and did his magic. Omg when I tell you Vincent is a wizard with the nails he literally transformed my set and made sure I was satisfied. I will definitely be coming back he was so sweet and his customer service skills are impeccable. My nails look amazing wayyyyy better than before!(: Thank you guys so much.
I just moved here so I’m trying to establish a nail Salon. Let’s just say this place is not worth your time. I have never experienced anything like this. The customer service was horrible. The lady didn’t say a word to me, the tools were not sanitized, she kicked my shoes, barely scrubbed my feet or rub them.This lady literally walked away and didn’t say a word when she was done. I had to ask am I done or? Please don’t waste your time. I still tipped because I felt bad, but she definitely was not worthy of the tip.
