Nails 2000 seems to have a mix of positive and negative feedback from customers, indicating both strengths and weaknesses of the salon.
To begin with the strengths, many customers rave about the friendly and welcoming atmosphere at Nails 2000. This is an important strength, as a friendly and relaxing atmosphere can contribute to a positive experience for customers.
Another strength highlighted by customers is the cleanliness of the facility. One customer specifically gives a shoutout to Mr. Thomas and his crew for keeping the facility clean. A clean environment is essential for a nail salon to ensure a hygienic and safe experience for customers.
Customers also appreciate the quality of work done at Nails 2000. One customer mentions that Thip did an excellent job on their nails, while another customer comments that their nails looked amazing and lasted for two weeks without needing a touch-up. This indicates that the salon has skilled nail technicians who can deliver satisfactory results.
Many customers note the short waiting time at Nails 2000, especially if an appointment is made. One customer states that there was not a long wait when they made an appointment, which suggests that the salon is efficient in managing its appointments.
However, there are also several weaknesses pointed out by customers. One customer expresses disappointment with the pricing for a regular polish change on their toes, stating that they were charged $17 for a simple service. They feel it is a rip-off since they did not receive any additional service for such a charge. This highlights a weakness in Nails 2000's pricing structure and the perception of value for services rendered.
Another customer shares their negative experience regarding the pedicure they received at Nails 2000. They mention that the nail technician seemed distracted and did not provide a thorough service. They had to repeatedly ask for their toe nails to be trimmed, and the massage at the end was rushed, lasting only a minute. Additionally, they were charged an extra $5 for removing regular polish, which they found unreasonable. This highlights a weakness in the customer service and inconsistency in the quality of services provided by the nail technicians at Nails 2000.
Another weakness mentioned by a customer is the slow service at Nails 2000. They mention that they had to wait for a long time and were disappointed with the result, as their nails were of different shapes and lengths. This indicates an issue with time management and attention to detail in delivering consistent and satisfactory results.
In summary, Nails 2000 has various strengths and weaknesses according to customer feedback. The salon is praised for its friendly atmosphere, clean facility, quality of work, and short waiting times. However, there are also weaknesses noted, such as the pricing structure, inconsistency in service quality, slow service, and lack of attention to detail. These strengths and weaknesses should be considered by potential customers when deciding whether to visit Nails 2000.

I just love coming to Nails 2000. They are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. Shout to Mr. Thomas and his crew for keeping a clean facility. I always have a wonderful experience. Thank you Thip for doing a great job on my ???? nails! Try it for yourself. You won't be disappointed.
I received a simple toes regular polish change and they charged me $17. That is an absolute RIP off. I can see if I got gel or my nails and toes regular polish. They should be ashamed. I received no additional service for such a charge.
I haven't been to this place in years and I have been going to another nail shop consistently for about 3 years now. However, the nail tech I normally make appointments with was out today, so I thought I would give nail 2000 a try since it's been awhile. I called to inquire about prices for the pedicures before I went there and was told over the phone that it's $35 for pedicure if you get regular polish and $55 if you get gel polish. Ok, cool no problem!! I get there and waited a few minutes after picking out my color. I had decided to do regular polish this time, although I do get gel sometimes at the nail salon that I normally go to. I had a pedicure done but it was pretty quick. The lady doing my pedicure watched the door the whole time; it was like she couldn't even focus on working on my feet. I had to ask her three times to cut my toe nails down. During the foot scrub she took her time on the left foot, but then right as she started on the right foot someone walked in wanting to get a service. She immediately sped up and starting rinsing the foot scrub gel off as tho she was trying to get to the next dollar (that is the next customer, lol!!) The massage at the end only lasted about a minute and she never really even touch the foot area with the lotion just the leg. Normally at the end of getting a pedicure, the skin on my feet at least look like they have moisture although they have to dry the toe nails before polishing. I have dried up polish on my skin between my toe. The main part of the pedicure I enjoyed was the hot towels that they put around your feet at the end of the supposedly massage. Then, got ready to pay and the lady tells me $40 instead of $35. I questioned her about it being $5 more than what was originally stated and she told me that it was because she removed the gel polish. I have never been charged an additional $5 just to take polish off whether it was gel or regular...Not one shop!!! I MEAN REALLY!!!! HOW DO YOU DO A FRESH PEDICURE WITHOUT REMOVING THE OLD POLISH FIRST⁉️⁉️ Then she goes on to say that if I would have gotten gel polish then there would not be a charge to remove the polish at the beginning of the pedicure. ???? ???? Seriously!!!! So in other words the fact that she couldn't make $55 off of me she decided to find a reason to make some extra anyway??? ITS CALLED BEING GREEDY FOR MONEY!!!! The pedicure wasn't worth the $35 that I thought I would be charged let alone the extra $5. It's not just about $5 because if $5 was going to break me then that would mean I'm broke anyway; it's the principle of the whole situation. I gave 3 stars because the wait was not very long, but I will continue going where I been going and if my nail tech is out then I will find other options. Thanks but no thanks!! ✌️
This is the place to go to for pedicures, especially if you have sensitive feet. Every employee has always been so gentle and kind with me, and my polish always looks perfect. I will only use them.
It’s great place to go. Very friendly and they do really good work. Not a long wait if you make an appointment. ????
I got my nails and toes done last week and I've already had 4 nails just fall off. They are very friendly ppl but the quality of the work in my nails is so upsetting. The man that greets the door and answers the phone is who did my nails. It was a busy day so he constantly was stopping.
Friendly service although they are VERY slow. I went to this nail salon at 2pm and didn’t leave until after 5:30. I was very disappointed with the work. My nails are totally messed up. They are all different shapes and lengths.
Excellent job. My nails look amazing and have lasted 2 weeks. I may go 3 weeks before having them redone.
