This use to be one of my favorite beauty supply but I purchased some clear gel and when I got it home it was half full so I took it back with my receipt and they not only did NOT give me another container of gel but I didn’t get my money back either which I knew that wasn’t gonna happen so I just asked for another jar of gel! I got nothing! Also I go there at least 2 times a week as a stylist they knew me very well! Very POOR customer service. Go to Anna’s beauty instead.
This place should open a store in Roswell New Mexico. It was so much to select from.

They don't follow you around like you're shoplifting, even though it's location is in located in what many call the Del City Hood. Note, I have never had a problem in this location while shopping there, but I would hand out there after dark.

It would be nice if they had a connection with Perfect Locks for human Remy bulk braiding hair with the great quality with slightly lower price $145 .

Sad place I went to purchase hair grease and notice I picked up the wrong kind but it was right next to the one that that I wanted but in very similar container I went to the car looked at it tried to exchange it for the correct one she refused says once you buy no refund I wasn’t trying to get a refund just wanted the one that I went to purchase! So disappointed I refuse to give them any more of my money……
Bought a wonderful wig and supplies. The employee was amazing! She wasn't judgmental or anything and was very happy to answer any questions I had.
I understand you can't try the on the wigs due to the virus but you cannot return or exchange not cool not good for business at least let somebody exchange it
I Use to come to this place all the time hadn’t been here in a few years. Stopped by today and the Asian lady was rude from the start. was watching us on the camera like I need to steal . Will not be spending anymore money here. go to queens across the street! They have cheaper and better product
Love this beauty supply store I always find what I'm looking for at this location very reasonable prices!
Best in OKC IMO! Multitude of ANY and EVERYTHING beauty. Only thing is I'm starting to think they purposely "forget" to put my nose rings in the bag. Not complaining its my fault for not checking but its happened more than once and with 2 others I know. (We drive 2 hours to get here)
