got acrylic with gel polish, the acrylic was ok rushed and uneven. gel polish was really sloppy, flooded my cuticles and was just not done well. They charge for shaping and I just wanted square, either way they weren’t very even and the shape was inconsistent. After trying to up sell and make me get a pedicure, I said not today and she didn’t seem interested in giving me good service and talked on the phone the ENTIRE time she did my nails. She didn’t even make an attempt talking to me, within five minutes of starting my nails she got a phone call, picked it up and never got off, till the end of my service. Didn’t seem like an important phone call, just casual conversation with her laughing. People seemed to be coming in and saying hi to her which means she gives good service to certain people, just not first time customers I guess. Horrible service, I will never be coming back and I suggest you not to either.

I have been getting a metty petty and eyebrows Done at tips and toes in Alpharetta for about 5 years now. The owner is very pleasant. There are a few ladies I will allow to do my nails and feet. But there's only one lady I will allow to do my brows. If you want to be treated like you deserve to be please try tips and toes!!

I came here for a pedicure twice and both experiences were good. Both tech I had were very nice, quick, but efficient! Will definitely keep going

The front desk girl is incredibly rude . Doesn’t acknowledge you when you walk in but wants your attention when she realizes you don’t have a mask on. Yes, this place is still masking in 2022. We have been coming here since 2013 And been loyal customers whether the service was amazing or just mediocre sometimes . This girl followed me around telling me to wear a mask or that they wouldn’t service me. I politely declined and she gave me no space . I came in for my birthday to have my nails done with my mom . We had to leave . Big mistake whoever is doing the hiring . It’s such a shame because june was a total gem and I absolutely loved her and her work . She’s amazing . She went above and beyond . Such a hard working woman . But hiring rude employees who are guests first impression when they walk through the door will change anyones mind quickly.

I came to this salon today. And sat patiently as the receptionist assisted others. She nor two other ladies acknowledged me at all to see whether I had an appointment or even wanted to be bothered. My mom referred me to them. Oh well.

Ton (I hope I spelled that right) is amazing! She did not make me feel rushed. She really took her time and did a great job! She also perfectly shaped my tiny toe nails. I really appreciate the services she offers. I will be coming back to see her! The best pedicure I have ever had was with her!

The nicest, most welcoming staff! Been going here for 4 years - occasionally will try other places due to scheduling conflicts, but no other place meets the standards of Tips & Toes. Exceptionally clean and all of the folks there are so friendly! They really listen to how you want your nails done (because everyone has different needs/wants when it comes to their nails). If they don't do it right the first time, they will do all they can to please you!

Oh yeah. The reviews are true. Tips and Toes legitimately earns 5 stars. This was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Super affordable, clean, professional, and non-pushy staff. The Organic pedicure is about $29 and you get 2 types of leg/foot massages, which is amazing. This is my nail place from now on. I went on a sunny Saturday, so it was a tiny bit busy and people were talking loudly a little bit. But I brought headphones and dozed off. Maybe the best nail place north of downtown.
