Was waiting for half an hour. Everyone coming in went before me. All I wanted was to get my eyebrows done. One of the lady left to get Dunking donuts for whoever was working. And still nobody got the job done. Won’t be returning to this place.
SO MESSED UP!! we asked for a fade on my curly haired little brother and they messed it up so bad. The Male worker there was told specifically how we wanted it but did such a horrible job my mom was furious. Poor thing has to wait until his hair grows back, it looks like he's wearing a kippah or Yarmulke smh even his coworker was in disbelief!
Wish I could give zero stars! I do not recommend this place or at least that worker!
If I could give them 0 I would !!!!! DONT GO HERE . I went to get my hair retouched I had my hair blonde . The girl ( purple hair )who was doing my hair clearly had no idea what she was doing !!! She had to ask her other co workers what to do next point is instead of leaving with my blonde hair I left with SILVER/ GREEN HAIR ! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE !! Go to vianney Hair salon they are the best !!!!!! Thankfully they were able to fix my hair !

I went there for a trim and Azucena did a great job! It was pretty busy but the wait was not long at all. Oh and the prices are great too.
Este lugar es el peor lugar llegamos a las 3 de la tarde el viernes 17 de diciembre Mi hijo y yo con una tormenta de nieve sólo había una persona que se estaba cortando el pelo y otra persona más que estaba sentada esperando conforme fue pasando el tiempo empezaron a llegar más personas pasaron a 5 personas antes que nosotros y ya había pasado una hora y media una de las chicas me pregunto si me iba a cortar el cabello yo o mi hijo y le dije que sólo mi hijo y me contestó cuando mi compañera Terminé con ese corte sigue el niño cuando terminaron pasaron a otra persona más estaba yo muy molesto porque teníamos una hora y media esperando y no entendía yo porque las personas que llegaban las pasaban y a los otros no y no eran personas que tenían cita porque ellas mismas preguntaban si venían a cortarse el cabello estuve muy molesto y no hice ningún problema para no incomodar a las demás personas que estaban ahí terminé Yéndome de lugar muy molesto después de una hora y media esperando y no le pudieron hacer el corte de cabello a mi hijo Pero están muy mal organizados y además los trabajadores pierden mucho el tiempo platicando entre ellos y no les importa que haya personas esperando no se lo recomiendo a nadie
Siempre he venido. El servicio es exelente!!???? pero hoy sinceramente. Se pasaron el lugar era un asco. Necesitan tener mas limpieza. Ey! Es un lugar familiar!! Ponganse las pilas!!!????
