My cuticles are all cut up and are bleeding. The shape, despite coming in with long nails and asking multiple times for the shape to be fixed, is uneven throughout. My pedicure was good though. I wouldn't recommend the woman that does the dip polish.

They said 15min wait for pedi n full set..waited 1hr...had to leave cus i was in a hurry...did not see regulars...people that came in were 1st timers just like me. Went like at 12:00pm maybe they were short staffed idk they didn't communicate it to me.
Very poor experience. I got my nails done 3 weeks ago. The poor quality of material that was used was damaging to my nails. Every finger nail was badly hurting. Part of the acrylic separating from the nail bed. I have had multiple nail treatments in the past never had this experience. When I came back to help me remove the acrylic. The owner said she will trim my nails and charged me another 10 dollars for that. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
This was my first and last visit to this establishment. I thought they would do a great job because I needed a simple manicure. My nail technician became irritated because I would not let her use the electric file on top of my nail bed. I advised her that it would thin out my nail bed. Then I asked for quick dry polish which I was more than happy to pay for because I know it will make your polish last up to two weeks. She said they didn’t have any. Not to mention only 1 technical in the shop spoke English. I could have done a way better job myself. So with that being said this is why I give them two thumbs down!
If I can give it no starts. Bad costumer service. Waiting over an hour and then once I'm seated on chair for a pedicure...waiting an additional hour and my feet on the water.bad service walk out and left. Always saying things in vietnamese...worst service ever and experience
I’ve always had a positive experience at this salon. Manager/Host is a contributive facilitator for the environment. You can tell she definitely ensures things are running smoothly. I have my go to’s and they always do an excellent job!
Clean and consistent.
Actually first time, Had Kyle to do them. He did a great job! Did not cut me or hurt me. Git my eye brows waxed, she did a great job.
