Do NOT trust them to wax your eyebrows!!!! My daughter's eyebrow is stripped right through the middle!!! HOW DID THEY DO THAT!!!! And they had the nerve to not be apologetic!!! I am going to try to post the picture. Stay away from this place.

Toria is amazing at lashes and very nice. Lashes are very affordable at $30+. She removed my lashes from another shop and replaced them for $60. I would definitely recommend her. My lashes are full and long. She will do anything to customize the look you want.
It breaks my heart to write this review, but I have to because I never want anyone to go through what I have gone through. I have been getting my lashes done for over five years (from another establishment), and I have never had any issues at all. I got my lashes done in August, and I loved them despite them feeling heavy. I mentioned that I wanted fuller lashes. I guess fuller lashes meant having more glue than usual, but the quality of the glue is questionable.
I developed a hordeolum in September, and I immediately rushed to Mai’s to remove the lashes as per the doctor’s recommendation. The customer service was so poor, and their removal product took my natural lashes off, but that was not the worst part. The worst part is that months later, I still have the hordeolum and I have to see an ophthalmologist next week. I tried to drink prescribed antibiotics, and do constant heat compresses, but nothing has worked. They were defensive when I questioned them about their glue. It's safe to say that I will not return to their establishment for a lash service.
1st time going there to get my nails done because my normal place was full. I walked in, waited 10 minutes and received a balance w/gel polish. The tech did an amazing job. Priced reasonable and the establishment was clean & beautiful. I will definitely be back.-Felicia
I had got my eyelashes done from here. They lasted 2 weeks and I was ready to removed them. They was super hard to come off tried with eyelashes oils and water. They wouldn’t still come off. they eventually came off taking off most of my eyelashes. I’m not sure what they use to removed them. But never again never again. My eye were in pain and very red over the course of trying to remove them
I’m always pleased when I leave here. Although your waiting a long time if you don’t have an appointment! Mai is the best there!! I would recommend making an appointment before coming so your not waiting a long time
