Amazing little Cafe. Took kids here for a treat while we were camping. Wandering away from the front which was too busy for my liking. The place was spotlessly clean. Great choice and service. The kids even got a healthy treat each when we left. Couldn’t recommend enough.
Popped in for lunch - nice variety of options and really good value pricing - an extra large all day breakfast with a hot drink for less than £10! Son had a sandwich and I had avocado and poached eggs on toast - eggs beautifully cooked with runny yolks! Fabulous looking homemade cakes too - really wished i had room for the quadruple layer coffee and walnut! Service was provided by a (to me!) very young lady who was professional and friendly, and very efficient - she worked on her own out front taking orders, making and serving drinks, clearing tables and taking payments. A chap appeared from the kitchen serving the food. Seemed used by visitors and locals alike. Highly recommended.
Great little place which is family friendly, all cakes & food are homemade, they even do gluten free and dairy free cakes.
Great friendly service, fresh food & at a very reasonable price. Would recommend to all ????
Went to Westward ho 2 weeks ago on holiday from Cardiff. This was best cafe ide been to for breakfast. Lovely staff. Breakfast best ive had.Sausage amazing. Highly recommended. Lovely selection
Cake and attitude of staff was amazing, great portion sizes, moist etc etc.
As for savory food, the portions were not so good and didn't feel worth the money. The service was also very slow today (which could be due to sickness / annual leave, as it looked like only two people were running the place at prime time). The four of us waited about half an hour for our sandwiches/wraps/paninis.
The tables were also sticky (but wiped down often) and they also unfortunately skimped out on the jam for an otherwise nice cream tea.
Very friendly staff, great quality food all for a very reasonable price, will definitely visit here again, me and my friend had a very lovely time
When in Westward Ho! you have to give this place a try. The prices are very inexpensive for everything and the food was good. We had the cream tea for 2 and it was definitely a good choice! You got given 4 scones with plenty of Clotted Cream and Jam and there was plenty of choice for drinks that was included. We also tried a couple of the cakes which were good in taste and price. I will admit, the milkshake and iced coffee is a little dissappointing as the milkshake was the typical crusha and the iced coffee was just a coffee sachet (and have to mention they had no ice so wasn't exactly iced) but they were still cheap so wasn't too bad. The service was friendly. Overall, it's a nice little coffee shop for a bite to eat or coffee and cake.
