My first time getting a plain manicure in OVER a decade! I’m an acrylic and gel polish girl! Trying to let my nails breathe… and Annie did an amazing job with my gel manicure!! Professional, clean and welcoming! She worked with what little nails I have right now after years of acrylic and she worked wonders. Simple but cute and clean! Thank you Annie!!
Worst customer service and my manicure was done horribly - nails aren’t cut evenly even though I asked multiple times. The owner, the only male there, yanked my arm a couple of times and laughed when I moved my shoulder forward so he didn’t pull any harder. He laughed and told me not to see, that I should’ve watched tv instead. First of all, he declined to do what I was asking for. He picked the wrong color, I got cuts everywhere. My cuticles have never been so damaged. They easily got nicked and now some of my nails have chips/smudges. He was rough, with bad manners. I was only there to pamper myself and spent $83. So regretted.
I needed a fill and they accepted my last-minute appointment an hour before they closed. I liked the speed and thoroughness of the gentleman who did my nails (didn’t catch his name). They didn’t interact much with me as a client, but I don’t go there for social hour, rather to get my nails done. They did just that for $18!
Very bad service. The guy has a thick accent and doesn’t like repeating himself. Yelled at us because we only wanted refill not a cut or anything else. So rude.
I just moved to Charlotte from NYC and I adore this nail salon , I’ve been coming here for a year now and my nails have never been healthier! I get compliments everyday at work.
I have been a customer since 2006. Helen has been my nail tech. In 16 years I don’t think she has never not been available. The quality of service is superior to other salons that I have tried on occasion. I’d rather travel 50 minutes then get poor craftsmanship. They are like family after all these years! I recommend many to Helen and John. I highly recommend to all!
Love all the different selections they have for pedicures. My nail technician did a great job taking out all the dead skin and in grown nails. Manicure was done right at seat with heated mittens. First time here and they have a customer for life. Love this place.
