Always get amazing work done. I've been going here for years and Linda is my tech, she is amazing and her work definitely speaks for itself.
I used to go to a specific nail tech at this location for about 2 years. I recently went to get my nails done for my birthday last week and she decided to do a creative design even though I told her what i wanted. When I stated that I did not like the design she got an attitude and rushed through my nails. She has done this once before but I liked how natural my acrylic would look so i went back. This place was very convenient and good at natural nails, however, I will no longer be going back because the customer service is terrible. If you are a loyal customer there is no need to be rude.
Prior to using Andy, Tommy was my tech, (very nice and professional) but he's no longer there. It really seems to me Andy gets a kick out of being rude, antagonistic, manipulative, just down right mean! He's unprofessional, and does the bare minimum when it comes to preforming his duties, and gets offended when something is bought to his attention concerning my nails that I'm paying for. Nail salons come a dime a dozen, I won't be using this one again.
PS.... It seems the pleasant ones always leave. I wonder why. However, the Owner/Manager is always professional and pleasant! Some of that pleasantness needs to rub off. Doesn't deserve a hole star!!!
The salon was very clean considering they are doing renovation. This was my first time visiting and it will be my last. My pedicure ONLY was $137, which is ridiculous I have NEVER paid that much for what was literally a 23 minute service. She used a box for my service I got gel polish with the "classic French" with a acrylic I had lifting the very next day.
Ms Linda always takes great care of me and her design ideas are original and beautiful.
So I came here to get my nails done , they took longer than usual which is normal, because they do a good job , so the lady offered to do my nails in the midst of her finishing up. I simply told her “I don’t want you to rush” she then got upset because I wanted my nails not to be rushed . I still waited for my manicure but Jennifer was rude. She’s good at her job but her attitude sucks
I sat there for about 1 1/2 hrs. The lady technical did my pedicure but she couldn't do my nails because she had am appt, which I understood. The guy Andy did my fill but he was rude and keep snatching my hand when something was hurting. He was trying to speed my up cause it was another lady who had been there after me had been waiting. He rushed me out the chair and didn't have patience. Then he tried to act like he didn't understand why I was ????
Pleasant is a joke! There is no reason why I should have callus on my feet for a pedicure that costed me $65! Plus my gel manicure, in a matter of 4 days, began to have spiderweb-like cracks and the polish is chipping! My biggest issue is how they got mad when these issues were brought to their attention and requested to be fixed! Audacity...won't get any more of my money!!
