So a while back on my birthday I had a incident with my favorite nail tech named Sandy who moved from Blue Rose to Heavenly Nail. So today, I decided to go to Blue Rose nail salon on Rt 130 in Pennsauken after about 3 years not expecting to see Sandy who moved back after being let go from Heavenly Nails. Mine you she called me as she did all her regular customers to come to the new salon (Heavenly) and tell others. Which I did … now today I didn’t want to travel that far and went to Blue Rose, not expecting to see Sandy back working there. Well long story short after waiting a while and seeing at least 5 people coming in and being serviced, I was told no one was available to do my pedicure today and was REFUSED service and was damn near escorted out. WOW ????
Love this place,nail tech I love is that greatest I've ever had makes me comfortable,n takes pride in how she care for a person, when doing her job ,I give her 100% satisfactory!! Great service at Rose nails, Pennsauken NJ circle ????????

My nail tech Sophie is AMAZING! She does some of the best designs! I didn't like that they weren't currently doing kids nails due to COVID though.
Went in there to get my nails done today and I ended up leaving halfway into my nails getting taken off. The old Asian lady that was doing them was hurting me when clipping away at the bottom of my nail bed. When I told her it hurt she replied with 'well you can take them off yourself!' Very rude! Will not be going back to spend money at a business, that doesn't value its customers. Smh...there are a million other shops in south Jersey!
We recieved great and fast service. Lucee was great and she did a great job with my nails and eyebrows.
Well i was referred there by a customer. I never seen a salon offer snack that a plus i have not so well experience because i picked purple sparkle and she put clear on for one second i had to come home and finish my eyebrows but that cause i think when you go in the store the ones to the left of you are new ones and that what i had when i go back i will not go to that tech. She try to tell me that it changes after time I said no it does not any other nail salon you go to is a color you choose I said I want to speak to the lady that was on the right side at the the one that asked you what you want when you come in. When i was saying something and not going by what she said because I know better I then asked talk to the lady on the right and she got the right color but the lady never took off the old polish that she put on and put the other polish over top of it. But overall the quality of nail and acrylic is good. No broken nails. I work inside and pump gas. Going back this week. Wait for a post
I used to love this place but my last couple of times have been very unpleasant. Especially TODAY. I usually go to AMY ( owner) for my eyebrows but today she burned my skin badly. When it happened i think she could tell because she stared at my and started to rush. She barely let me look in the handheld mirror before taking it away. I thought maybe she mistakenly scratched me until I got home and saw it was a burn!! She was also speaking to one of the staff members in a rude way. A customer had to tell the girl “don’t let her speak to you that way” . The owners daughter is pretty out of line with her comments too. I’m was really turned off today and will not be back. Especially after the lack of integrity.
