Quick Facts About Millenium Sweethouse
Millenium Sweet House has received a mix of positive and negative comments, highlighting both strengths and weaknesses of the establishment. In order to provide a comprehensive overview, the strengths and weaknesses will be discussed below.
One of the strengths of Millennium Sweet House is its variety of Indian food. According to a comment, the restaurant offers a diverse menu with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. This suggests that customers have a range of choices when it comes to their meal selection. Additionally, the comment mentions that there are also a lot of sweets available, which adds to the variety offered by the establishment.
Another strength highlighted by a positive comment is the taste of the food. The customer states that the food was good in taste, indicating that the quality of the dishes is satisfactory. This is an important factor for any restaurant, as taste is often a primary consideration for customers when evaluating their dining experience.
Efficient service is also mentioned in a positive comment. Despite the long wait time in the queue due to COVID-19 regulations, the customer expresses satisfaction with the quick preparation of their order. The fact that the food was packed and ready to go within 20 minutes shows that the staff is capable of handling a busy period and maintaining a certain level of efficiency.
However, one of the weaknesses highlighted by a negative comment is the poor customer service at Millennium Sweet House. It is stated that on three separate occasions, the customer's orders were not fulfilled as requested, resulting in cold samosas being given instead. This indicates a lack of attention to customer orders and an inability to meet customer expectations.
Another weakness mentioned in a negative comment is the subpar customer service. The receptionist is described as unwelcoming and not attentive. This type of behavior can greatly impact the overall dining experience for customers and may deter them from returning to the establishment.
The issue of food quality is also raised in a negative comment. It is stated that most of the food at Millennium Sweet House is kept for more than 3-4 weeks, potentially even older, with only 2% of the items being fresh. This raises concerns about the freshness and safety of the food being served. Food poisoning is specifically mentioned as a risk, which is a significant weakness for any food establishment.
In terms of the weaknesses mentioned in the comments, it can be concluded that Millennium Sweet House has issues with both customer service and food quality. The negative experiences described by customers indicate a lack of attention to customer needs and potential health risks associated with the food. Addressing these weaknesses should be a priority for the establishment in order to improve overall customer satisfaction and maintain a positive reputation.
In conclusion, Millennium Sweet House has strengths in terms of variety and taste of their food, as well as efficient service during busy periods. However, weaknesses in customer service and food quality raise concerns about the overall dining experience and safety of the food. By addressing these weaknesses, the establishment can improve its reputation and attract more satisfied customers.

*FOOD POISONING ALERT*
Most of the food kept for more than 3-4 weeks, or maybe older. 2% of the entire stuff maybe fresh. Receptionist going through her own bad phase and passing on the same bad energy to polite customers. This kind of place should not be selling such quality food in uk.
Will not be visiting the store ever again.
Happy Diwali everyone!!!
Today I stood in a queue outside for nearly 25mins because of Covid 19 we stood far apart & everyone was wearing masks. We placed our order. It was packed and ready to go within 20 minutes. Even though they were so busy they were happily greeting customers.
The food was amazing. It was worth all that waiting around. Will definitely be going back. And recommend this place all.
Exceptionally poor customer service, on three separate occasions we've ordered freshly cooked samosas for family events in advance only for them to state they've gave them to other customers at the point of collection and giving us cold samosas - no choice but to red flag this as a warning to others of the terrible service of this business.
Good place for variety of Indian food. You get lots of variety. Both veg and non veg options are available. Lots of sweets also. Food is good in taste. Definitely recommended from my side.
Today I went to get some fries from the shop, firstly the reseptionist was not welcoming at all she was lost in her own world, not paying attention to what was asked to her however later when asked to get it hot she charged 20% extra for that which completely showed she was not interested in giving good service however when she came back with package it was boiling hot and the oil was dripping from the item. Kindly make your service worth visiting.
Authentic Indian sweets mart.
Good menu available for a eating meal.
Not the greatest customer service! I ordered 2 veg samosas and they looked like they had better days. Tight with the fillings and had holes in the pastry! Abit hit and miss! Try to go during the day and not after 6pm as dishes are hardly filled up so you end up getting scraps and not fresh. Best warm anything up at home.
This is not a restaurant, it is one of the best take-aways around.
Indian sweets, Indian food served cold for you to warm up at home.
Good value and fantastic food.
