Quick Facts About Ming Sing

Ming Sing place has several strengths that are highlighted in the comments. Firstly, the food is generally tasty, with every dish being enjoyable. This suggests that the restaurant maintains a high standard of quality and consistently delivers delicious meals. Additionally, the Cantonese classics are praised and recommended, indicating that the restaurant has expertise in this specific cuisine. This specialization can attract customers who seek authentic and traditional Cantonese dishes.
Another strength mentioned is the willingness of Ming Sing to accommodate customer requests. They are the only restaurant in Flint that agreed to prepare a dish that was not on the menu. This demonstrates their flexibility and commitment to customer satisfaction. The outstanding quality of the food in comparison to other local restaurants is also appreciated by customers, suggesting that Ming Sing stands out in terms of taste and overall dining experience.
The comments also reveal weaknesses of Ming Sing that need improvement. One recurring criticism is the quality of the chips. According to one customer, the chips are too thin and lack crispiness. This negative comment indicates that the restaurant can enhance its chip preparation technique to meet customers' expectations.
Furthermore, a customer expressed disappointment with the portion size of chips and gravy. They mentioned that the container was small and comparable to the size of a rice container. This suggests that Ming Sing may need to reevaluate their portion sizes and ensure that they are consistent and sufficient to meet customer expectations. Additionally, the reheated chips and congealed gravy mentioned by another customer point out a potential issue with the food's freshness and preparation.
Another weakness pointed out is the quality of the Cantonese crispy chicken. The customer claims that it lacked sufficient chicken and was predominantly filled with carrots and random chili sauce. This suggests that there may be inconsistencies in dish preparation or an issue with quality control that needs addressing.
The parking situation is also mentioned as a downside. Ming Sing's location requires customers to park across the road, which can be inconvenient and difficult to navigate during busy periods. This inconvenience may discourage potential customers who prefer easy access and parking options.
Despite these weaknesses, the majority of comments express positive experiences with Ming Sing. Customers appreciate the food's taste, reasonable prices, and prompt service. These positive aspects contribute to the restaurant's overall reputation as the best Chinese takeaway in Flint. The availability of a wide selection of good quality Chinese takeout food is also highlighted, suggesting that customers have various options to choose from.
In conclusion, Ming Sing place has strengths in terms of tasty food, especially their Cantonese classics, and their ability to accommodate customer requests. However, weaknesses in chip quality, portion sizes, and the lack of parking convenience need to be addressed to maintain and improve customer satisfaction. Overall, the positive experiences shared demonstrate the restaurant's potential, while the criticisms indicate areas for improvement in order to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Best TL Reviews

Generally tasty food, any dish you pick tastes good. Cantonese clasics are really worth to be recommended. In my opnion Ming Sing was a bit better few years ago. The weakest point here are chips - too thin, almost not crispy at all. They should work on it.
Really good Fair play I asked for a dish that is not on the menu and they are the only one in flint that agreed to whip it up and they do this every time , the quality of the food is outstanding compared to the others local, always happy with service as this is important wen I send money ????
Disgusted at Ming Sing. £2.30 for chips and gravy in a tray that was tiny (the same size that rice would come in with a meal). They explained that was the normal size. I have had chips and gravy from several places and never in such a small container. The chips appeared reheated and the gravy congealed. Shocking. Definitely not going back.
Absolutely disgusting. Cantonese crispy chicken was more like random chilli sauce with hardly any chicken and aload of carrots! Won’t be wasting my money here again. Wong kwok flint is better!
Not eaten there for long time but i bet the food is stll lovely would be worth a try always had good staff
