I'm very upset and want my nails redone by someone else or a refund. I asked for Gel but he used acrylic! By the time I looked down from the tv&realized it was too late so I said forget it. THE SHAPE& THE TEXTURE NOT SMOOTH at all, MAKING the nail polish look hideous! Some nails wide and others small. I paid $55. I didn't wanna cause a scene &argue but this is not ok! I would like for the owner to refund me. I think the guy who did my nails was tired. He wore used gloves with several nail polish colors on them and yellowish tips. The station&tools were not sanitized, because I watched the last person get up from there before the lady asked me to sit there. Whilst the guy went to the break room, where he came back chewing food. I am licensed by the board of Cosmetology! I don't want to file a complaint but I may have to. I have never had a bad experience here. I always get the diabetic pedicure and I tend to go a long time between visits. They are always kind and gentle with my toes and I appreciate their patience.
It was my first time coming here and I can with my two sisters. I got a pedicure and the lady was so amazing and sweet she was very gentle and it came out amazing she did such a wonderful job! My sisters love their nails as well????
I started going to Vivian for a couple months now, because I discovered that she does a great job on nails; however, every time I went I felt I was being scolded, as if I was a child. Everything I did was wrong. She would say, “Don’t do this and Don’t do that” Not professional at all! This place is also always dirty. I’ve been in as soon as they opened the door and the previous days dust was still there, yuck! Their stations are gross. If she is stressed because she’s so busy then she should take more vacations. Not to mention, they don’t stick to their appointments, so don’t bother. I won’t be going back to her because she always made me feel bad. I never felt like a wanted customer, so no more. Does anyone know of a nice, CLEAN, place where one can have a pleasant experience?
I had Vivian do my nails. I asked for the picture on the right just glossy instead of mat. I was not disappointed! She did an amazing job!!
They thin out their polish so you have to keep coming back or so you pay more for a gel or dipping powder. They treat African American customer different than other customers I will not be giving them anymore of my business.
I was impressed with the friendliness and care for such a busy place.
One of my daughters went with me, as well as one of my granddaughters and we all plan on going back. In fact, I’m waiting right now for them to open up so I can make another appointment.
I read another post and they said the place had a “run down vibe”. I wouldn’t refer to it as a run down vibe- but more of a busy busy place and our customers come before organizing…..
As busy as nail salons are here in Arizona with all the year round flip flops ladies wear, how could any nail salon get keep up with customers and their inventory.
Definitely Minh T nail is a keeper for me and my family and would happily refer going there to others.
This was my first time coming to this shop. I am not from the surprise area so I had to do my research to find a good nail salon. I chose this shop because of all the good reviews and I am glad I did. I appreciated the time Vivan and her sister spent on my nails. They came out absolutely gorgeous. The atmosphere is relaxing. This is a good place to relax and get pampered. Thanks girls ill definitely be back for a fill and a pedi. P.S. the prices are also good.
