Their customer service is the best they make you feel right at home. They do Amazing work! Tom did remarkable on my manicure! I recommend them to everyone who wants good service!

If I could, I would rate this place -100 based on RACISM; as I have my feet soaked and ready to have a pedicure, the nail tech asked me,” Where you come from?” I replied, somewhere in Asia; Indonesia. He quickly replied,” We don't do ASIAN!” I was gobsmacked! No words to describe how I was feeling. I removed my feet from the water and dried them, and left feeling SAD! I can get my nails done anywhere, but being refused because you're an Asian;, that's HEAVY! I have never encountered such as unfortunate event. I am sharing my experience, hoping that we should treat others equally Regardless of what race.

My experience here was very high quality Tommy was very good at his work and so was Lena who worked on my mother's nails they do an awesome job if you're looking for a new nail place come here they do excellent work.

I just got this done yesterday! Gel manicure and gel pedicure...what a waste of money! And the lady was rude and was in such a hurry to finish she just threw on the gel polish however without cleaning the edges. My feet look horrible ???? and my hands look like I did my nails with white out. NEVER AGAIN!

I was shopping in the mall and needed a nail fix. At the front was a happy and welcoming man named Tommy. He asked me to leave my # and he would call me. Tommy spoke to everyone like a friend as they walked in the door on a busy Sunday afternoon.

He fixed my nail and I was so impressed that I returned the next day to remove my old set got a full gel set. I am very picky and want my nails done a certain way (thin). Tommy was very accommodating and met my needs - my nails are exactly like I want them - what a pro!

Tommy was so pleasant and positive. I will return for re-bases from now on!

Me and my friends got pedicures from here. They came out beautiful and the staff were really friendly would definitely recommend!

Horrible experience!! Had a manicure where my nails were put in barely warm water and left hand was immediately taken out to barely work on my cuticles. Received 4 coats of nail polish pressured to do gel polish which I refused. I had lint on a nail and she just put polish over it. They did not use individual nail files and only used a rough buffer which left my nails bumpy?? I showed the manager Tommy how my cuticles were not cut back and had polish on them his response was its the polish. The gal told me my polish would not dry for 1 hour I said is that because their is 4 coats she said its 3 of polish 1 is a top coat?? I wish I could upload a picture! So I can upload pix. I am now adding new photos of how they look today the day after... I went in to show Tommy he said if he cuts my cuticles they will bleed I can change the color he will do just that its the color that is the problem...No thanks! I can polish my own nails and will now pay for a proper manicure from Concept Nails!!!

They are very friendly but the girl that did my nails did them very sloppy and painted them horrible I will have to go somewhere else to get them fixed! I waited over a hour when I was initially told 30 minutes. Will not go back!
