My daughter and I came to have her hair cut in an afro for the 1st time...

I stood in the middle of the Mall entrance at least 5-7 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. Giving the benefit of doubt, 3 barbers had clients in the rear BUT the 4th barber (1st chair closest to me) was in the mirror cutting his own hair. After finishing and wiping himself down, he still did not address me. A bit perturbed, I caught his attention to ask if ANYONE could help with general questions. He gestured to look up at the price list on the back corner wall . I advised I was low-vision blind and needed verbal pricing for my service. He then seem irritated, answers short (except üstating his $10 upcharges) and his tone very abrasive. Before I could finish my questions, I was told to return in 1.5 hrs... There was nobody in the shop.

I don't know if it was because I was a female with my daughter, had questions needing answers or being blind needing additional assistance; but I've never been treated so rudely in my lifetime.

-To the owner, please share with your Barbers that a little customer service goes a long way.
