I’ve been here before and they have done a great job! Tommy is absolutely amazing as a technician but I went on my birthday and another gentleman did my nails and after 3 days this happened!!!! I got dipping powder done on Friday and Sunday lost 3 nails ????

If you are looking for a professional atmosphere this is not the place!!! I came here and the man who met us at the door was very rude and unprofessional. They sat us down immediately and to my disappointment I was sat down with the man from the door. Not only did he not listen to a single thing I was trying to tell him, but he also decided to raise his voice at me when I tried correcting him about my nails being crooked and in the wrong color. I repeatedly told him that I did not want the color he chose for me, and he proceeded to put it on my hand anyways. When I told him I didn’t like it he got in his feelings and started getting loud with me. I then told him nicely that I would like to just take the color off and leave. He gave me a napkin and some acetone lol. The few people that were in the salon were just staring, because they too were in disbelief that this man was yelling at a teenager. Maybe he was having a bad day I don’t know. Anyways to save you the trouble “COBE Nails” isn’t that far from here.
This place was great, I have no idea what is going on, but my last 2 visits have been a nightmare. They want to change your idea of what you want. Unless it's free to me, i do have my own ideas. They have no idea how to do a regular manicure. They push gel stating that's the only way my natural long nails will look nice. Insane concept to me. They have Random charges that are not first explained by tech to be approved by the person paying for it.
I’m one not to speak up but my nails was far from what I wanted. It’s my birthday and I would have like a great experience. It seems like I was a bother to the nail guy. Money gone to waste. I would not recommend this location at all. Go to another nail salon.
I used to come here frequently. And to my surprise I was very disappointed with the most recent service I recieved. My nails look like bubble fingers. And they HURT! The guy in the third chair wanted to add tips which I can not function with while at work, and asked for them to not be included. And seemed to get attitude for responding no thank you. Beyond disappointed for the fact these are my hands to my graduation from nursing school! So frustrated! For the fact this was done twice, because I did complain and it felt as if there was resentment for me saying how I felt about my nails. My thumb nails are not the same length either.

Dawn is great and I don’t plan to ever go anywhere else! She does amazing absolutely every time! There normally is not a long wait time either.
Worst experience ever I left there with bloody cuticles and a small peice of my finger cut off I never leave reviews but this place so horrible I just wanted to give u a heads up people!
Great service! Very clean, welcoming and relaxing environment. This is my 3rd time coming here and so far I love it. Tommy did an awesome job on my nails.
I really appreciated the patience and taking the time to fully understand what I wanted. I do always show a picture of the look I want and Tommy nailed it! I'm so happy with the results. They are perfect! The staff are also welcoming and kind, exceptional service.
This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. If I could give it a zero star I would. The man who did my daughters nails was nasty and aggressive to her. She’s only 13. He shoved my daughters chair so far under the table the drawer fell on her legs leaving pressure marks. Stay away from this salon. They don’t deserve business if they are going to treat people nasty.
