4. The salon is taking precautions to ensure safety and sterility, which is appreciated by customers. This shows that they prioritize the well-being of their clients.
Weaknesses:

2. One customer had a negative experience with the staff's behavior, stating that they were treated poorly when they went to get a coffee during their wait time. This indicates that there may be issues with communication and customer service at the salon.
3. There are multiple complaints about the quality of the nail services provided. Customers have mentioned issues such as bumpy acrylic nails, chipped gel polish, uneven nails, and missed steps in the manicure process. This shows a lack of attention to detail and professionalism.
4. Some customers have expressed concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene of the salon. Comments about the lack of proper lighting and skipped cleaning steps raise doubts about the salon's sanitation practices.
5. The presence of a fungus under one customer's nail raises serious concerns about the salon's hygiene and sterilization procedures. This is a major red flag and reflects poorly on the salon's ability to maintain a safe and clean environment.
6. Inconsistencies in the application of the acrylics, such as bubbles, lumps, and missing acrylic, indicate a lack of skill and attention to detail on the part of the nail technicians. This affects the overall quality of the service provided.
7. There is a complaint about poor communication with the nail technician, which led to confusion regarding additional costs. This suggests a lack of clear and effective communication between staff and customers.
8. One customer expressed disappointment in the thinner acrylics used, indicating that the salon may not meet all individual preferences or specific requests.
In conclusion, Nail Experts place has strengths in terms of knowledgeable nail technicians, competitive pricing, and efforts towards safety and sterility. However, the weaknesses lie in issues related to staff behavior, long waiting times, lack of attention to detail, sanitation concerns, and poor communication. These weaknesses greatly impact the overall customer experience and need to be addressed in order to improve the salon's reputation and customer satisfaction.

Tony D took off my acrylic overlays and used dip instead because I’m a nurse and let me tell you he wasn’t wrong.
I wanted a short time but was well worth it.
Price was decent as well.
I live 3 hours away but I’ll definitely hold off a fill to go back there!
This place is pretty good. Be ready to wait as they are short staffed. The wait is worth it from what I have seen. They are taking all precautions to be safe and sterile here
We were not told the correct amount of time to wait. My girls went to buy a coffee drink at Starbucks, while I stayed to wait for our appointment, which was to be started in 20 minutes. (Starbucks, by the way, is no longer in operation at Tuttle Mall) The man demanded I tell them to come back because they were next in line for service. My girls came back right away and they still had to wait. One of my daughters was scared by the man's demeanor that she said she didn't want her nails done there. My other daughter's nail technician questioned her about her choice of nail shape, hurt her during her acrylic filling, cut her cuticles to the point of causing bleeding, left her under nail area looking badly, and acted like she didn't speak English until it was time to pay, when she could clearly speak the amount of her bill.
I wanted get nail polish. I had just recently had my acrylic removed, so my nails are very thin and friable. The mail technician squeezed my fingers with his thumb nail and was very harsh when filling my fragile nails. It was very painful when he buffed them and when I told him that I felt pain and it was too hot, he pushed my hand away and worked on there other hand. He demanded that I use a dip instead of gel, so I had to pay more. He made it sound like it was a better choice for my nails, but I think he just wanted more money. He did spend a lot of time to fill my thumb nails to make them smoother, but when it came time to file them, he cut my skin under my nail because they were so short. He left a lot of dried powder around my cuticles, that I had to pick off after we left. Not only was his quality poor, he kept stopping his work to watch the f$*@!ng football game! I feel so bad that I subjected my daughters to that kind of service. And I am angry that I didn't just walk out when I had a bad feeling about the place while sitting there waiting for my turn.
Please don't ever go there for anything!!!!!!
If you you need your nails done then ask for Tony! My sister and two of her friends had gotten their nails done and even tho the rest of the employees had left Tony stayed (almost 40 minutes after they had closed) and offered to do designs on theirs nails and did not charge them anything for it. I tried to tip him extra for it but he refused to take it. He was very generous and did an amazing job on the girls' nails. I would definitely go back!
Spent $110 on a pedi and full acrylic set and I'm disappointed. My acrylic is super bumpy on a few nails and my white tip gel polish chipped after about 4 days. It's only been a week and it looks like I need them balanced ASAP. I will never go here again. I will continue to try and find that nail salon to call my home!
Don’t let these pictures fool you this place is a JOKE! I wrote a review on Google the following day and for some reason it isn’t showing up.
I went in two weeks ago to get a fill-in and had two nails that I had broken that needed repaired. First of all they don’t have any lights over their stations, I’m not sure that they even clean any of their equipment before using it on me, I know for a fact they skipped at least three of the steps that are usually always done when I get a manicure anywhere else. The woman acted like she was annoyed when I tried to show her the flaws I could already see before she even started painting; bumps everywhere not a single smooth nail, each nail uneven. Once I left the salon and was able to see the nails in some decent lighting I was so upset they looked absolutely terrible!! Now here’s the worst part... after that botch job I decided I didn’t even want another fill in so I took the acrylics off last night... there is a FUNGUS under one of the nails she had to put a new acrylic on!! I’m almost in tears I’m so mad at myself for even paying for it when I was unhappy with the work before I even left. Don’t make the same mistake I did and AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!
Although the people that worked with me were very nice, the quality of my nails a week later are showing major problems. There are bubbles in the acrylic, some are too thick, one nail the acrylic has lumps, the shape of each nail is not the same, one nail has missing acrylic on one side, my cuticles were not trimmed before application and the tip color is not identical across all fingers. ALSO, upon looking in the sunlight there is a HAIR in the acrylic of one nail. When a balance is needed, I will have to have another place fix all of this mess. I spent almost 100$ for what I had done and I’m not happy that I did seeing all of this a week later.
Was pleasantly surprised considering the reviews I read before hand. It was clean and friendly service. Holly did my nails and she took her time and did them properly although she did my acrylics thinner than what I'm used to, I don't know if it is to save materials or because I didn't request them a little thicker. It was tough at first because I had a hard time understanding if she was telling me whether something would cost more or not but eventually we got it figured out. Will most likely go back again
