Quick Facts About Haby Hair Braiding

Haby Hair Braiding place has a number of strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided.
One of the strengths of Haby Hair Braiding place is the skill level of most of their hair technicians. According to one comment, the hair techs are described as "fantastic, very fast, accurate, and pleasant enough." This suggests that the technicians are highly skilled in their craft, able to work quickly and efficiently, and provide a pleasant experience for customers. These qualities are important in a hair braiding salon as they contribute to customer satisfaction.
Another strength mentioned is the availability of useful products such as hair oils in the shop. Although the commenter has not personally used these products, they have seen other customers express happiness with them. This suggests that Haby Hair Braiding place offers a range of products that cater to customers' needs and desires, which can enhance the overall customer experience.
The positive experience of one commenter who would send their family to Haby Hair Braiding place indicates a level of trust and satisfaction with the salon. This suggests that Haby Hair Braiding place has built a reputation for providing quality services that customers are confident in recommending to their loved ones.
However, there are also several weaknesses mentioned in the comments. One significant weakness is the behavior of a particular hair technician who is described as "rude" and "yelling" at both customers and the commenter. This behavior is seen as unprofessional and can create a negative experience for customers. A rude or unprofessional attitude from a staff member can deter customers from returning and can damage the salon's reputation.
Another weakness highlighted is the lack of experienced stylists. One commenter mentions that their regular stylist stopped braiding their hair to attend to a different customer because no one else knew how to do the style. This indicates a lack of experienced and skilled stylists in the salon, which can negatively impact the quality of service provided. Additionally, the negative attitudes displayed by the staff when the commenter complained further exacerbates the issue, as it shows a lack of professionalism and customer service skills.
The inability of a hair technician to properly execute a requested style is another weakness identified in the comments. One commenter experienced difficulties when requesting zig zag braids, as the technician did not know how to part the hair properly. This resulted in a subpar end result and dissatisfaction for the customer. This highlights a lack of skill and training among some of the stylists at Haby Hair Braiding place.
The final weakness mentioned is the poor quality of service received by one commenter. They paid a significant amount of money for an uneven cut and braids that did not meet their expectations. This suggests a lack of attention to detail and care in the hairstyling process. With multiple stylists working on the same client and a rushed atmosphere due to multiple appointments, the quality of the service provided may be compromised.
In conclusion, Haby Hair Braiding place has various strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. Positive aspects include the skill level of most technicians, the availability of useful products, and the satisfaction of some customers. However, weaknesses include rude behavior from a particular staff member, a lack of experienced stylists, difficulties in executing requested styles, and poor quality service in some instances. It is important for the salon to address these weaknesses in order to improve customer satisfaction and maintain a positive reputation.

Most of the hair techs are fantastic, very fast, accurate, and pleasant enough.
No complaining and minimal distractions so they don't feel unprofessional answering their phones every few minutes.
Amandla, Zeguela, Manze are excellent.
They have useful products such as hair oils and other things in the shop as well. I haven't used them but I've seen other customers express happiness with them.
I would send my family here.
This place is awfullllllll. Beware of the light skin lady with the piercings she is soooo rude. I watched her rudely yell at a customer and then refused to service her and I stupidly came back two days later to have my step daughter’s hair braided and that lady was rude and yelling at me also. Very unprofessional and she doesn’t even do a good job braiding. Waste of money
Penda had been braiding my hair for years, now she’s lazy. my real problem is the owner doesn’t have enough experienced stylists. She stopped doing my hair to go take care of a “quick” style because no one else knew how to do it. I won’t be going back. They all had a nasty attitude when I complained. People spend their money and deserve good service.
I came in to get my hair braided and was seen quickly but when I told her I wanted to get zig zag braids the lady that was braiding my hair DID NOT know how to part it so another person parted 2 of the braids. Someone asked if I was satisfied and told them no because I had a whole bunch of hairs popping up and told her that the braids would not last. She tried to tell me it was because of how my hair is which is straight but this was not my 1st time getting it braided and she kept insisting it was and that she can put rubber bands at the end so they won't come out. Mind you I did my hair in may with another salon and my hair was shorter and they were done way better than what i have now.. To top it off the stylist put so much wax or w.e. she was using to try and put hairs down that were sticking up. Please refer to the pics so you can see what im talking about. I paid $40 for nothing to be honest.
I'm very disappointed....$220 for uneven cut end braids....Habys I will never come here ever again, I work to hard to have to walk around like this... after getting my hair "professionally" done at that. This is what happens when you have three different people working on your hair and 6 appointments at one time..rushed and no care.
The ladies here try their best to provide satisfaction. It's busy season so the wait is a bit long even with an appointment. However the staffs are very friendly and make you feel comfortable.
my grown daughter is in a wheelchair and Haby always accommodate us when we come. family oriented atmosphere my grand daugher and i also get our hair done by the owner of the shop only . love them
Always does a great job and don't braid tight at all
