This was my first time getting acrylics at this salon. The lady working on my nails was quite rough at times, and she continually kept shoving my hand and pushing my fingers out of her way. The reason my rating is still fairly high is because my nails did turn out wonderful. Some are a bit crooked, but I don’t pay much attention to it. Overall, I’m happy with my nail results, but the process & staff could have been better. Not mad! ❤️
Always try to give several chances. Each time disappointed this time the price was absolutely ridiculous for a polish change and I will not return to this location to give my business again. Manicurist kim has the worst attitude of anybody I’ve ever met. It’s all about the money for her. Has nothing to do with giving anyone good customer service. I will not go to the salon ever again and I recommend that you don’t either. Unless you’d like disappointment.
I should have read the reviews. I’ve got polish all over my cuticles, the nail shape is awful, and my brows got butchered. Save yourself the heartache and go elsewhere
They did not do the nails like I wanted and when I asked her to fix it, she argued with me and brought other customers into it asking if they liked it when if they liked it or not didnt matter cause I didn’t. They charged me 45 dollars for really bad french tip manicure. Edit: I don’t know how to respond to responses but I don’t remember the woman who did my nails but I got them done on Thursday September 30th
I was looking for a nail salon for a quick walk-in, and came across Nails 4 U online. Despite the negative reviews, I decided to give it a try. I can confidentially say that my visit to Nails 4 U was the BEST experience I've had at a nail salon.
When I entered, I was kindly greeted by two of the employees. I was looking for a dark red/plum gel nail polish and Lee helped me find the perfect color. Lee also did my gel polish manicure. She was incredibly attentive, detail-oriented, and meticulous. She checked to make sure the shape looked good, the polish color looked good, and that the towel she was using was not too hot.
Overall, Nails 4 U provided me with an amazing experience. The cost is affordable ($25 for a full manicure with gel polish) and I am so happy with the work that Lee did. I will be going to her regularly from now on!
They did a great job on my gel manicure. I came in a little late in the day and the woman who did it really took her time and cared even though I think I made her stay late haha. But it is a great, friendly atmosphere and my stubby nails now look super cute for my friends wedding. Thank you!
Do not go to this nail salon. I had my daughters nails done for school. The first time she ever had acrylics on. She was so excited, and they look like something out of a horror movie. My other daughter and i got pedicures.
Worst pedicure i have ever. The people were rude. They only except cash tips, but they do have an ATM which allows you to get cash out for a fee, of course. This has tax evasion written all over it. I only had $10 to give her, which was generous considering the service we received. The women then became angry about the "small" tip and started complaining to the other employees about me. DO NOT waste your time or money. Horrible experience!!
I was in town last weekend and on a whim, I decided to get a gel spa pedicure. This salon was right next to my hotel, so it was a 2- minute walk. Despite some of the bad reviews, I was a little hesitant, but so glad I went because the service was excellent! The gentleman who performed the pedicure was very detail-oriented and did a terrific job.
No wait, and I was in and out within 45 minutes. Very pleased!
