Totally disappointed and will not use them again. I originally went in for haircut. Hairdresser spoke little english. So I showed her picture. I was upset, paid, and left. The next day I went in to have someone else to current it. But the same lady recut my hair under instruction of another hairdresser who explained what I wanted. So again she did not understand. She got the back correct but put a lot of small layers I did not want. She charged me again for haircut that she was to correct. Not pleased.
Pésimo lugar. La señorita que me atendió hizo un trabajo terrible. No subo fotos porqué me da pena. Pero al decirle que estaba terrible su trabajo argumentó que no tenía dinero para pagar el servicio. Obviamente me voy a contactar con el dueño para mostrarle su trabajo. Y exigir una disculpa de la empleada.
Made an appointment, got there early thinking they might be busy and i have to wait but their not. I showed pic of the haircut that i like but unfortunately i don't speak spanish and she keep saying "she got it". After she showed me my hair i almost freak out i am not happy with the haircut coz she didn't do what i like! Its my first time coming in and i am not coming back.
She did a decent enough job; except for thinning out my hair like I wanted — she didn’t quite get that concept and absolutely insisted on only thinning out the bottom. My hair is still way too thick to style easily (which was the whole point of getting the hair cut). Style is nice, still — just not what I wanted exactly.
I have been coming to this salon for several years now, needless to say I have always been extremely happy with my cut. I usually get a zero fade semi fohawk and the blending is impeccable. Rebecca takes her time to ensure customer satisfaction, even if its busy she won't rush your cut to get to the next customer. She knows me by name and I always leave there feeling better than when I walked in. I try to make an appointment just to make my visit faster but it seems like alot of people do walk ins with short wait times. Thumbs way up on this salon!
Worst place to get anything done. The owner is really rude and she thinks she knows everything. I went in to get a grey ombré in my hair and she lied saying she would do then. Then after having me there for hours she started say no. That was her final answer. She ended up doing it but it came out terrible. I’m never going back there. Especially since she charged me $240 for the worst job ever. Not to mention how her daughter doesn’t know what’s she’s doing and kept pulling my hair even after I told her to stop. Like I said so unprofessional and rude.
Yo amo ir a maktub salón???????? a estas alturas de mi vida solo a dos personas les he confiado mi cabello y una de ellas es Rebeca y desde que la conocí se gano toda mi confianza, no la cambio por nadie!!!!! no solo la mía también la de mi esposo y mis tres niños, a ellos les encanta ir con ella también, muy profesional y por supuesto súper amable ????????????????????$$$ precio ??? Eso es lo de menos... Cuando tú quieres calidad y sobre todo quedas satisfecha con el resultado ????????????????
