I drove around for a hour trying to find a place to get a pedicure and had no luck. Someone recommended this place and I’m so happy they did! Not only was my pedicure amazing but so was the customer service. I should have gotten the man’s name but he was really short with a huge personality! You can tell he loves his job and kept a smile on my face the entire time I was there. He wasn’t my nail tech this time but I’m excited to go back and visit him! This will definitely be my new nail salon! Thank you so much!!

I have been coming here for three months now after relocating to the Reynoldsburg area and this policy was never enforced until today (July 22, 2022); if you decide to get gel polish with your original pedicure and you change your mind and decide to get regular polish when you get the following pedicure, there is a $10-$15 fee for not getting gel polish. So either way, this nail salon is trying to overly compensate. I usually always get gel polish with my pedicure but today I decided to get regular polish since I was getting white polish on my toes. I planned on returning the following week to get my gel polish put back on and I explained this to the gentleman servicing me. There is also an additional 7% fee if you pay with a debit or credit card. This information is also not posted anywhere in the nail salon.
I also want to note that this additional pricing is not listed anywhere on the pricing board to the left of the entrance door. I have never had to pay this additional fee previously and I felt that I was being scammed. I have noticed several price increases over the past few months since I have been coming to this nail salon but this was the last straw for me.
Update: As I stated previously, there is an additional 7% fee if you do not pay with cash. I have been charged this fee twice for forgetting to bring cash. There is no discount for bringing cash. Management is simply trying to cover up their unfair business practices. Also, the pricing list placed by the door has not been updated to reflect the current pricing for all services provided which is pretty shady if you ask me.
It was nice I got the acrylic one and it hard to dry so it messed up so quick and it was 40 sum dollars. Thou it’s good my nails came out looking good but next time ima get gel!
The people are amazing, best nail place I have ever been to. Everyone is so kind and treat everyone like family. I’ve never had a bad experience, my nails are perfect every time. Ty is the friendliest person you will ever meet. He is always cracking jokes and genuinely cares about every customer. Ty remembers me any time I come in and keeps up with my personal life. I Highly recommend nails by annie.
I've been coming here religiously for a year for pedicures! I used to stop in anywhere to get them. However, this is one of the best places I've ever had them done at. The staff is wonderful. They are all very fun, friendly, and very technically proficient.
The place is kept immaculate and they have tons of colors available to choose from. I generally cannot make appointments so I just walk in. I've never waited more than 5 minutes. No matter what day I come in. They also offer a discount if you pay in cash.

I’ve been coming to this salon for over 6 years. I ALWAYS go see Sofia!! She’s the best and she’s helped me grow my brittle nails out long. She takes very care of me. In this picture I post, those nails are all real. No acrylic! All mine.
I am very happy with my nails, I showed a photo and truly got almost what the photo was with a few personal changes! Friendly, nice environment! The nail dip was a little bit more than my previous salon but you get what you pay for and my nails are magazine worthy! ill be back in 3 weeks!
This was the first time I ever had a manicure (was always a nail biter). Everyone made me feel very welcome. I also got a pedicure and it was fabulous. Sophie did a great job and I will definitely be coming back!
