I have only gotten my hair done in the hair salon portion. It doesn't seem the hair salon has anyone full time. They do take walk ins.
The new person Harley seems to take pride in her work.
The other person Shirley or Sherry doesn't. I have seen her mess up 2 people's hair color and did not fix them. I would avoid her if possible.
There is supposedly another person as well but I've never actually seen them in the building.
I do not know if any of them do ethnic hair.
They only have one bathroom that is shared between the hair salon and nail salon. It is located on the nail side. Someone could do a better job of keeping it cleaned and sanitized. They could invest in this portion of the business a little more than they do.
Overall I feel this place has potential to become one of the better hair salons in town.
I WILL NOT be coming back here!! The owner is Extremely Rude!!!! I called twice before I camera and she told me that they had 3 open chairs. I get there and waited for about an hour. Then she took someone else before me, that came in after me without an appointment. She made my 11 year old daughter get dipping powder which she asked for gel two times,but she kept putting glitter powder on the table telling her how pretty it was. She always get gel on her her nails which again she said no I want 138( in gel) but they did the dipping powder anyway. Then she came to me and asked can I afford to pay ( that was insulting to me. We get our nails done regularly since I could remember,we are new to Seneca but this mess here is not professional at all) then when I paid, the woman kept my change. I will never go back there. My daughter's nails were pretty and my brows we amazing, but the service is HORRIBLE!!
Went in and asked for Emily the guy said she wasn't there. I stated to him that I needed someone who was great with designs(because I am very particular about my nails) he gives me this lady who sits by the wall on the right last row. Well she seems some what polite as I'm lookin at how my nails aren't filed to my liking I let her know and right off she had an attitude. Well she continues on and I've shown her a line design and I've also told her it doesn't have to be that exact design the pic was just to give her an idea. Well she starts the design and I'm like no I dnt like that (looks like a kindergarten kid did that) so she gets so frustrated and mad and starts talking to Mary in their language which was very rude so by this time I'm mad bc she was being very disrespectful and mad at me bc she said she could do a design that obviously she couldn't. So I just said forget my pedicure(bc I had said I wanted one) and just paint my ring finger gold. Idk why they get so mad for something we pay for out of our pocket along with tipping that their attitude could affect i will NOT be going back to her ever!!! I will just wait for Emily.
What a wonderful morning at TL Nails! My mani/pedi are both fabulous. Both technicians took their time and were very meticulous. I will definitely be going back. Kim did my nails, and Ann did my pedicure. Thank you for everything ladies! ❤️
Emily was my technician and she was wonderful. Very polite and gentle. She took care of me and did a great job.
I was given 3 different times to show up, and still had to wait. She rushed through my nails, half are crooked, didn’t clean the product off my skin at all, and used the nail drill to cut my cuticles. She cut too deep multiple times. And burned me where I was cut with the solution. I haven’t been here in years but never had a bad experience until now.
Expect a long wait but just be patient because they don’t have that many nail techs. But I love this place. They’ve always done what I asked. I highly recommend Emily I believe is her name. She’s so sweet and takes her time to make sure your nails look the best they can.
I had a great experience for my first time. I really love how they use plastic bags to line the pedicure tubs. Raymond was very nice and gentle with my pedicure (I got the deluxe pedicure which I think is a wonderful value). He talked me into the dip nails and also did a fabulous job on them! I really like them. The only thing he forgot was to clean the excess glitter around my nails and put a top coat on my pedi, but other than that I had a great time and I would go back.
