I went here to try them out. I will never come back. I left with the bottom of my foot bleeding and can't even walk on my heal. He polished my nails while I was getting my pedicure and it wasn't relaxing at all. Wasn't happy with either service. Left in such pain. And way over priced. Not happy and in pain
They took us near closing time and gave us a wonderful experience! I had the green tea pedicure and my daughter had the lavender pedicure and pedicure with nail art!
My daughter had her eyebrows waxed recently at Diva nails which she has been doing so for a year. Kim is the usual person who waxed her eyebrows, Kim was not available. She had to have her eyebrows done by THE OWNER STEPHANIE she was extremely rough and tore all of the skin off of my daughters eyelids and the forehead. She was extremely unapologetic and when I called the store to address the issue I was told she was told she was sitting outside in a chair outside of the establishment and refused to come to the phone. I
had to call the following day due to the fact that my daughters eyelids are completely swollen. The male owner who refused to supply his name refused to address the issue. AGAIN he is a partial owner and instructed me to come back when Stephanie was there. I then had to go directly to Diva nails that why I can get this issue addressed.I had to go to the store with my daughter to show him her face and he was unapologetic and refused to accept responsibility for what was done to my daughters face. He then gave me my money back and told me and my daughter to never to come there again. I am not here to destroy any business reputation this is just a word of advice of buyer beware when it comes to Dive nails!
This place was AMAZING!! I dont leave many reviews but WOW. Yes there was a wait and it can cost a tiny bit more but it was so worth it. Tiffany was super nice, she was the only nail artist there when I took my mom today. She did such a great job we literally gave her pictures of what we wanted and she turned them into reality. Her skills are beyond amazing. I ended up getting my eyebrows waxed after her perfect job on both my mom and my nails and guess what..... her waxing skills were just as awesome. I will definitely be returning!!
Terrible. Im so upset that I wasted my monry. The man that did my pedicure never smiled once at me from start to finish. He was rough while cleaning my nails and I had to pull my foot away more than once because he was hurting me. And when using the pumice stone he was very rough on my heels, but on my arch he was light and I kept pulling my foot away saying it was tickling me- but he didn't even look up or acknowledge me he just acted annoyed and kept doing it the same way! Finally he stopped and did a quick massage and polish. Didn't help me arry my shoes or bag while I walked slowly to the air dryer. I will certainly never go back.
I love this salon. Tom always does an amazing job on my pedicures. They have great prices and discounts constantly. Nails always come out looking cute! There’s one male employee who I dislike, but the rest are amazing.
In response to your response about my daughters skin being ripped off her face by Stephanie the owner! As I stated before I spoke with a gentleman who is also the owner why are you apologising after you saw my Google review why did you not apologise when I was in the store with my daughter and you refuse to speak with me you refunded my money and told me never to come back you could’ve apologise then when I brought her in and showed you her face all the skin ripped off of her face and you just looked at me and told me to speak to Stephanie you didn’t apologise you told me not to come back !!!!! Why would I come back into the store to speak with you I come to you for my nails my eyebrows and my pedicure you told me never to come back
Tiffany was awesome. Very personable and professional. She did a great job on my nails.
I would highly recommend going here for the dip nails. Lots of colors to choose from and my nails look great! Very happy!
