Not bad products. Be careful with the quality of the wigs. I think it caused a reaction to my real hair. So for a different look I will not come here for a wig. In the end my hair has grown back so much now that there is no need for it anymore.
The women in the store is no help. They never want to answer any questions. They just sit up front and when you asj2 for help they always say they can't move from the front. I wish they get better workers. Not everyone that come to. Store is on low income. They will never get any more of my money.
I always go there been going there for about 10 years they are the best I don’t get no discount for being a loyal customer but other then that they’re store is great! Needs more variety
Employees and owners never acknowledge you upon entry. Very limited selection. The best service they offer is the UPS pick up and drop off.
I ALWAYS ENJOY MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AT KEN'S. THE SALESMAN KNOW WHAT YOU WANT OR YOU CAN ASK FOR SOMETHING AND THEY WILL ORDER IT FOR YOU. I ENJOY SPENDING MY MONEY THERE.
