I have been here multiple times the customer service is good and they are responsive. However, the hair is over priced for the quality of the hair. The quality of the hair they have is not worth the price they have, some of the items outside of hair is bit more than some of the beauty supplies I have gone to. But in Hemet they are the goto beauty supply for me they are a lot better than the other beauty supplies out here.
Had everything I needed for my hair. The customer service was very good and she helped me with everything I needed. Will be coming back !!

I was skeptical due to some negative reviews but was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by an amazing staff who made me feel appreciated and acknowledged. The knowledgeable women answered all my questions and I was happy with my purchase I will definitely be a returning customer! I'm glad I decided to give Sam's hair and beauty in Hemet a try rather than spending my money online thank you for a great experience.

I started going to Sam’s years ago when they began in Hemet, the owner was working the counter back then and she was very delightful- so then they got the hired help, and they were very customer service oriented~ now the hired help has become not so customer service conscious- I say that because of their attitudes- the older women are more conscious- maybe they’ll catch on at some point-hopefully
They charged me 56$ When they should have charged me 33 they tacked on a bunch of extra charges and I didn’t notice until I checked the receipt
Very clean inside. Nice and easy parking. They still ask everyone to wear a mask and they have hand sanitizer right when you walk in. There was only 1 employee but she was sweet and knowledgeable
