I went here after reading the reviews. David was very helpful in explaining to me the difference between the acrylic I had over my natural nails versus the powder dip option. I don’t get my nails done regularly so I was t really sure. But he reshaped my nails and did a great job with the polish. I loved the experience.

This was BY FAR the BEST experience I have had getting a pedicure and my nails done. We arrived a little after 5, and wanted mani/pedis. Their prices are clearly posted, they have several levels of pedicure options. I chose level 2 of 4. It was the best pedicure I’ve ever had! The leg massage was amazing! The ladies made great conversation with my friend and I. We felt right at home, which is rare for a nail salon. The salon was scheduled to close at 7, but we we’re there til after 8 because they want to do the best job. This is my new nail salon! GO HERE, you won’t regret it!

These people are so amazing y’all. Every time I go here they are very sweet, hold conversations with you, make sure you like the ways your nails are being done. They never doubt me on doing my nails????❤️

Love this place! I called and they told me to come on. When i got there i didn't have to wait. They took me on back to start my pedicure. They take there time doing the pedicure and don't just try to rush you on out After that i decided to get my eyebrows waxed and a full set. They did a fabulous job. Very clean and good prices. Everybody there was upbeat and had a positive vibe. Highly recommend!!

i came in about 3 months ago, the guy who did my pedicure was sweet as could be, yes he asked a lot of questions but i don’t see how people see that as a bad thing. It made me feel more comfortable and relaxed. The younger girl who did my nails, was sweet as could be and she did such an amazing job. i will forever come here.

I recently visited Tips & Toes Nail Salon in Panama City Beach with my mother-in-law, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The lady who provided our pedicures was all over the place trying to serve multiple customers at once, and she seemed very distracted and disengaged. She did not smile or acknowledge us throughout the treatment, and it felt very uncomfortable. Despite paying for the most expensive treatment, we came out feeling very disappointed with the level of service and the attitude of the staff.

As a loyal customer of Tips & Toes Nail Salon for years, I was extremely disappointed by the disrespectful and demeaning treatment that I received during my recent visit. Despite being a long-time customer, I was treated with complete disregard and disrespect, and was made to feel as though my business was not valued in any way. The level of customer service that I received was appalling, and the staff member who served me was rude and dismissive throughout my entire visit. I was not shown any appreciation or respect, and it was clear that my presence was not welcomed or appreciated in any way.

I strongly advise other customers to consider other options for their nail care needs, as the level of service provided by Tips & Toes Nail Salon is simply not acceptable. As a paying customer, we deserve to be treated with basic levels of respect and courtesy, and it is completely unacceptable to be subjected to such demeaning treatment. Until management takes steps to improve the level of service provided to customers in the future, I cannot recommend Tips & Toes Nail Salon to anyone, and will be taking my business elsewhere.

It was myself, my husband and my daughter, and we were a walk in. They took us back right away for our pedicures. My daughter got her toes painted and they were so sweet to her. My husband and I got the deluxe pedicures and they were amazing.

We come several times a year down here for vacation, and we have found our new nail salon. Outstanding and friendly customer service! Can’t wait to come back!

David transformed my nails to something beautiful.. don't get my nails done often so was not easy to explain what I wanted and everything turned out perfect. Also. So great company. He keeps u laughing.
