In conclusion, Pretty Nails has strengths such as having friendly staff, skillful eyebrow services, quick service, and a loyal customer base. However, it also faces weaknesses including inconsistent nail technicians, communication issues, pushy sales tactics, concerns about service quality, and instances of unprofessional behavior. These factors should be taken into consideration by potential customers when deciding whether to visit Pretty Nails.

Paul does my SNS and he is very nice. Everyone in the shop is nice! The guy that does eyebrows is awesome. I used to get my eyebrows threaded and I was never satisfied because my eyebrows are weird. They have a dip that no one could ever figure out how to get around, so they would tell me to just fill the dip in with an eyebrow pencil. But the guy at Pretty Nails figured it out and my eyebrows look perfect!
Please don't let the older guy do your nails. He kept cutting my skin with the drill & blamed it on my nails being uneven. He took off my nail art & soaked my sns then told me to go, he wouldn't finish my nails. After I kept saying ouch from him cutting my skin with the drill, I told him I'm not trying to be rude but you keep cutting me. I have Never been treated in this matter in no other establishment Ever. When I asked his name he refused to tell me of course.
I have been going here for at least 7 years. I love Lynn at station 6. I recommend her to anyone.
04/05-UPDATE
The gentleman was nice and he put more top coat and fixed the 3 that came off. He was very nice about the mishap.
PAUSE!!! I JUST PAID ATTENTION THAT HE FORGOT ONE OF MY TOES!!! So now I have to call Monday morning to go back up there for him to polish my one toe he missed. My polish number was 401! It was the older gentleman.
I pray I don't have no issue to get them to polish this one toe that was missed.
The only thing I didn't care for is when he told my Bestfriend that she didn't pay and she did pay with the guy that did her toes. After 2 minutes of going back and forth the guy came from the room to tell him she did pay.
He needs to listen we always pay our way. Thanks!
I wanted gel on my hands and regular polish on my feet. He kept trying to convince me to get gel. Once I picked my gel color for my hands, I was told they didn't have that color in regular. It cost more for gel and I don't have an issue with regular....that went on and on....he forgot my hand massage for my manicure so I reminded him. He pulled out the polish and it was 2 bottles in the box..I asked "whats the other bottle for? He said "regular" I again said " I want THAT, why did you tell me you didn't have it"? He said "you get what you pay for, gel is better"
Once all services was completed, I had to ask for oil for my feet, they handed it to me.
Ohh, he did the hand massage while I was sitting in the pedicure chair (uncomfortable holding my arm up)
I have pictures. The polish job was horrible but I figured he was trying to prove a point about gel. I complained about the quality of the manicure. I have skin and crud on my feet.
The owner Michael told me I have thick nails.
Exactly the reason I'm paying you $83 for a manicure and pedicure with regular polish????♀️
I hope I can upload these pictures because your mouths will drop when you see them.
I had just stopped by because I was tired of going to the mall. They close at 7 P.M and I got there at 6:30. I had too wait for 30 mins but it was worth it. I was very impressed. Thanks you guys!!!
I normally go to Jenny, she is great!
She was booked the morning of 9/5/20 @ 10am. So I went to the older gentlemen that wear glasses that sits in the middle. Something told me not to sit in his chair but since I was only getting a fill in, I figured I would be fine. NOPE! He messed my fill in up! He could not file them square round. My nails were crooked and uneven. When I proceeded to tell him I was unhappy with the way my nails looked, he started to yell at me. I had to tell him.. DO NOT YELL AT ME! I am a paying customer and if I'm am not happy with the service you are providing, I have a right to tell you especially when I'm spending my hard earned money! He proceeded to tell me to tell him later about the nails I was unhappy with. He kept filing my nails down to the point that it looked like I didn't have on acrylic nails. I asked him how much to soak them off because he had ruined my full set fill in. He then proceeded to tell me that my nails look nice and they did not! He then told me to go and sit in Jenny's chair and she would fix it. I went to Jenny's chair and asked her how much to soak them off, she did not have time because she was booked for the day. I told her that I wouldn't be back. He begins to yell and wave his hand hysterically bye, bye! How unprofessional! These Vietnamese / Asians need to learn customer service skills. When someone is unhappy with the service it is not professional for them to start yelling & want you to just accept whatever they've done and you're spending your hard-earned money. I'm sure when they go somewhere to purchase something, get a haircut, Etc they want to make sure that they are getting the service provided they want. They need to fire him from doing nails he needs to stick to the reception desk. Do not go to him or your nails will be screwed up.
I’ve been a loyal customer for about 6yrs now. I love Lynn, she pays attention to detail and gets me in and out. I love buu as well, he’s very gentle and nice. For the most part I call and make an appointment because they’re always busy. I’ve never had any problems.
