Quick Facts About La nails
La Nails Place is a nail salon that has received a mix of positive and negative feedback from customers. In order to evaluate its strengths and weaknesses, we will analyze the comments provided by customers.
Strengths:
1. Talented and Detailed Designs: Several customers have mentioned that Angel, one of the nail technicians at La Nails Place, is incredibly talented and can create any design from basic to extremely detailed. This showcases their expertise in nail art and their ability to meet the needs and preferences of their customers.
2. Customer Satisfaction: Many customers express their satisfaction with the service provided at La Nails Place. They appreciate the effort made by the staff to ensure customer satisfaction and enjoy visiting the salon regularly.
3. Long-Lasting Polish: Another positive aspect highlighted by customers is that the polish applied at La Nails Place lasts until their next visit, which is usually around 3 to 4 weeks. This indicates good quality products and application techniques.
4. Excellent Prices: Several customers have mentioned that they are pleased with the prices at La Nails Place. They find the services to be reasonably priced, which adds to their satisfaction with the salon.
5. Personal and Pleasant Experience: One out-of-town customer mentions having a pleasant and personal experience at La Nails Place. The family running the salon is described as pleasant, personal, and providing a wonderful manicure and pedicure service.
Weaknesses:
1. Lack of Price Transparency: One customer complained about the lack of transparency regarding pricing. The customer's teenage daughters were not given the price upfront for short nails, and they were ultimately charged a higher price for longer nails. This lack of transparency can be seen as taking advantage of customers and is not ethical.
2. Inconsistent Service and Pricing: Another customer had a negative experience with the salon due to inconsistent service and pricing. They state that the nail technician charged a higher price for a fill and did a poor job. Additionally, the customer found the salon to be dirty, which reflects negatively on the overall experience.
3. Poor Customer Service: One potential customer had a negative encounter with a staff member who seemed uninterested in providing service and was disrespectful towards the customer. This indicates a lack of professionalism and customer service skills.
4. Overpricing: Another customer felt that La Nails Place was overpriced. They expressed shock at the prices quoted for basic services and felt that the lack of customer service did not justify the high prices.
In conclusion, La Nails Place has several strengths, such as talented nail technicians, customer satisfaction, long-lasting polish, excellent prices, and providing personal experiences. However, it also has weaknesses, including a lack of price transparency, inconsistent service and pricing, poor customer service, and overpricing. These issues can impact the overall customer experience and reputation of the salon. It is important for the management of La Nails Place to address these weaknesses and improve in areas where they are lacking in order to maintain and attract customers.

Angel is amazing! She can do any design from basic to extremely detailed, All she needs is a picture. Their business is all about pleasing the customer! I always look forward to getting my nails done and visiting with them.
Angel is the best she is very talented I wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails this is just one set I have had done by her I will be posting new pics every 2 weeks
Excellent service. Polish lasts until next visit which is usually 3-4 weeks and we love Ruby and Jenny. Great prices as well. Always pleased!
I was a walk in, my feet were pretty rough, but Randy did not make me feel bad for it. He did a great job and was attentive, plus I'm not one to want to talk the whole time and he gave me the relaxation I was seeking, only thing that could improve is messaging the clients feet a little longer, but other than that I was pretty happy with my service and the price. Angel his wife was sweet as well.
Sent 2 teens in to get nails. They would not give my teens a price when asked. THEN Teen girls request short nail… nail tech tells teens, they need long nail, because it’s pretty. The teens do not argue, they are respectful kids. Turns out long nails are 85, short nails 55. Taking advantage of children is not okay. They came in for my daughter’s birthday, and used ALL her birthday money on scammers. Do not recommend.
I’m from out of town and was hesitant about going to this nail salon because of the reviews. I am so glad I went! This family was pleasant, personal and did a wonderful job on my mani-pedi. My friend and I had a great experience and would recommend to anyone. To Randy & Angel… Happy New Year and best of luck in 2023 ????
DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE WAY OVER PRICED. I walked in and needed one broken nail fixed. I was in town because my Dad was ill. He said "One nail?" discussedly. I said yes. He said "Where you get done?" I said "In Greensboro, NC" He said $25. I said for one nail? How much for all nails like this? And I showed him a sample he said let me finish my cigarette. So I waited for him to finish and he said you see 3 colors? I said yes. He said $95. I said ok what if you just
do red00PM nothing else. He said $35 to take off. If you do red and nothing else $75 total take off and red. I said ok and walked out. I DO NOT KNOW HOW PEOPLE STAY IN BUSINESS WITH THIS LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
First time visiting this place and will not go back!! Needed a fill done and the whole time he was doing my nails I kept noticing how dirty the place was. He was also very disrespectful toward the previous person who originally did my nails. I went to Cookeville the first time and I will make the trip again. LA nails might be closer but not worth it! I was charged $60 for a full set and he charged me $45 for a fill!! Too me that seems pricy! I will be heading back to Cookeville to have my nails fixed from his hack job! He kept saying how he's been doing nails 25 years....hmmm! I would stop bragging abt that, bc you definitely need a refresher course.
